We scheduled handy to put together a grill as they were the recommended partner from the grill company (Weber grills). The first person never showed up, they rescheduled for 2 days later at 130 pm. At 2 we reached out as they still did not arrive, they moved the next appointment to 430pm even though it gets dark around 5. That person finally showed up at 5:30, at the same time I was on with support for a refund, which the support person was able to process. He must of got a notification that we ‘canceled’ and that Handy had charged him $25 as he was unpacking everything. Once he got the notification he dropped everything and left. Unprofessional and disgusting behavior. This company is terrible DO NOT USE.

The worst experience I've had with a company. I don't even write reviews but this one was worthy enough, in the worst way, to respond. I had three appointments that did not show up... THREE. No calls to let me know that they would be late or not even show up. And on the third appt. I had to call again to find out where the Pro was and they informed that they were rescheduling for ANOTHER day. DO YOU THINK I WAS CONFIDENT THAT THE NEXT PRO WAS GONNA SHOW UP AFTER THREE FAILED ATTEMPS??? Double LOL. Of course I had to request a refund. I wouldn't refer them to ANYBODY! They should give me a refund and STILL send somebody out. Then again, they probably wouldn't show up anyway. Lol. Terrible experience.

I tried using Handy.com to schedule a service. They rescheduled on me at the last minute twice before I canceled the appointment. I should have researched the company, but I trusted Google's partnership. That's my mistake. The online reception of Handy.com is very negative. Don't waste your time with them.

Friendly helpful guy very pleasant

Anthony called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, as he was able to arrive before his scheduled service time. He was friendly and efficient. He even went above and beyond- showing us the different features of our new dish washer and how to adjust or remove the racks. He was great!

Pro is over an hour late and could-not get ahold of customer service . Very disappointed with service .
