Andres was great. We thought we had indicated it was a two man project. Perhaps it was an error on our side…we are in our 80’s and not too good at tech. All us well that ends well because the job got done…communication breakdown somewhere

Amazing install with terrific communication

Pathetic app design and support. For a job that requires two people, if the second person doesn't show up then you cannot contact the second person directly. You are only left with two options - cancel the entire booking or pay an additional fee to the first person to complete a 2 person job. I contacted support team, and they wouldn't refund me the money I had to spend to get the job done as intended. Will not use this app again.

1st they sent people who read the plans wrong telling us we needed to order 6 more of a part(plan only calls for 1)--2nd they sent the same person back and again--wrong part was mailed(the plans are correct and only called for 1 item not 7 like contractor wanted) 3rd yes we will schedule people to come out--not the same ones--BUT only sent 1 not 2 and for only 30 minutes not the 7-10 hours handy said the job would require. 4th contractors came out and needed more time so handy scheduled them to come back--but contractors only said a certain time and handy put wrong time in the app schedule---after 7 weeks of this still waiting for a completed shed!!

The delivery arrived at expected time. They negotiated the stairs to get the tv to requested location.
