Perfect for the Occasion

They sent the wrong size, I think they knew the ring size I wanted was out of stock but still sent a ring 1 1/2 times to big, surely the company should check the size of the rings they send out. They have said it will take over 2 weeks from when the ring gets back to them and is checked before they will start making the correct size despite sending back with in 2 hours of it been delivered, now will miss the special event it was ordered for, they have my money so can not buy another ring. I ordered from this company because of the delivery date would mean I would receive in time for this special event. The customer service I received when I started to complain was none! they stopped answering my messages. I have asked for my money back I can only hope they will process my refund in a timely manner. To say we are disappointed and upset is a understatement.
