Have used diamond store before and they never disappoint

Second purchase from them, they are great until you want to return something and need a refund. Returned a £800 bracelet - had an email confirm they received the returned item and refund would be 5-7 business days. 10 business days later and I am still waiting for me refund - emailed again to chase refund and told it will be anther 5 days. They maybe quick to respond to emails if they are not actioning anything they may as well not bother - glad I purchased using my credit card so I am covered - be warned and purchase only using your credit card so you have some insurance - I am not hopeful about getting my money back for this Christmas gift
