Timescale of product to arrive was longer than advised. Lack of communication & response to requests on delivery timescales from customer services team. Good product but experience tainted by poor customer service and lengthy delivery time. (Product ordered 16.12.24 and arrived 07.02.25).

Very well presented website with extremely clear descriptions. Efficient ordering and delivery process. Earrings were exactly as described. Beautifully presented. About as good as you can get without actually seeing the product in person before purchase.

Ordered a tennis bracelet, it arrived with a stone missing. These things happen, but had to drive to a post office (where I had to pay to park) to return the item. I was told I would be sent another item (which was fully checked by their extremely thorough testing process) It took about 10 days to get the next item only to find the replacement is also faulty. Totally unacceptable.
