Ordered online after a Web based customer service conversation to confirm availability of the diamond earrings I wanted to order as a present for wife were in stock. Arrived next day via Secure courier delivery requiring pin code for the delivery agent. Well packaged in a lovely presentation box with certificate confirming quality of diamonds. Very happy with online representation of the earrings. Would recommend as a retailer.

Horrified of this company's customer service standards. My partner purchased 2 rings from them. The first one - white gold ring - stones fell out of it within a very short period of time. The edges keeping them in place broke off it, just while getting some every day use. I work in an office, sitting in front of a PC all day, so it never got any rough handling or anything! Just the poorest quality. Now they're not putting this under the 5 year warranty because they are saying I damaged the ring. Scammers of the highest level. 2nd ring, they're making us pay for a resize without having informed us that there was a time limit for a free one. To add to this, the engagement ring was as per all other poor reviews, advertised as in stock when purchased. But it took weeks to arrive resulting in getting a proposal without the ring... this should have given us a clue at what type of company we were dealing with... We regret our decision, and we will make sure everyone we know doesn't ever use them. The experience with this company had been absolutely abysmal. Avoid avoid avoid.
