The delivery of the product was fine but the product isnt!

The delivery of the product was fine but the bracelet has lasted one month & broken the small hook between the links, which is flimsy has broken!! This is not acceptable for a bracelet worn for a month.

Outstanding service

This was a terrific experience from start to finish. Excellent range of products made the choice difficult but the unique design and very reasonable cost was irresistable. Excellent after sales service/regular updates gave peace of mind. Product was delivered on time as promised. Cannot praise enough.

Happy in the end

Very happy with the item we ordered but after originally being told the item was in stock we received an email stating it wasn’t available for 4-6 weeks, was a gift so would have arrived too late. Cancelled order then saw that it was back in stock a week later so reordered and received it in time. Very confusing.

Communication is very poor and when you finally get through to them it’s a different story every time. However the jewellery they supplied was way above expectations and is beyond beautiful. Well worth the wait.

No refunds

Sadly I must advise this is a very difficult company to deal with. I bought an item pre Christmas which I returned after Christmas and despite them emailing acknowledging me returning the item and passing it to their jeweller to check it’s condition they have failed to contact me or refund the money. I’ll now have to take it up with my bank to get the refund. Suggest you all try somewhere else as this is not a good company to deal with.

Review of 2 ring purchases.

Review of 2 ring purchases. I bought 2 rings. 1st ring - purchased several years ago however within months of wearing it emeralds and diamonds fell out. I informed them within months. I have only just sent it back due to personal reasons keeping us busy but I had faith in the 5 year warranty. They are saying the ring is damaged and I have had to pay for a replacement (at a reduced price). Unhappy at this, their warranty isnt worth a thing so don't be fooled! The ring was never damaged and replaced a similar ring that was worn for many years without any issues. 2nd ring - purchased an engagement ring. Everything was fine with it apart from it being too big which is not their fault. I informed them and I was told to send it back. During the purchase I was told a ring resize is free. No time frame mentioned. We sent the ring back and because we are out of a 60 day window they have charged me £150 for a resize. This was reduced to £95 but no further movement. Lied to me regarding a free ring size, or at the very least did not inform me of a time frame. With a wedding coming up, and lots of expense, between these 2 rings this is an expense we were not expecting. This is not the sort of service expected or needed during a time leading up to a wedding which can be stressful enough. Avoid at all costs! Edit - when I purchased the 2nd ring. It was showing in stock for immediate delivery which was suitable for my planned proposal date. The it turns out the ring wasn't in stock! The date given to me still worked out however it was also several weeks late. Due to the importance of the actual proposal date I had to come up with an alternative measure until the real ring arrived. Absolutely shocking from start to finish.

2 mouths waiting!!!

I ordered an item 4th of December 2024, after quite sometime had pasted i contacting them on a number of occasions to question the whereabouts of the item and always getting the same response of, it is in it's final stages. I become frustrated and ended up cancelling this order 4th of February 2025 having missed the occasion it was purchased for. First time I have ever used dimond store and safe to say the last time also. I hope this review prepares you for the experience your about to in endure.
