I was assisted by Anna. They were lovely and helped me later on in the evening which was fantastic. She went above and beyond to find out how to help me with the delivery. It was all sorted really quickly and made the whole experience much easier and far less stressful.

Great communication, quick replies, great service

I had a pair of diamond earrings, bought as a birthday present in August 2023. I lost one of the screw backs sometime that year. I was unable to find a suitable replacement and so after about another 6 months, I contacted The Diamond Store, who arranged for the earrings to be returned. Once they had inspected the earrings, a new back was made and returned, all free of charge. Couldn't ask for more. Excellent service and would recommend.

Nothing wrong with service it's just theitem looks big on website but it's really small . Didn't expect that. Just hope wife likes it for birthday on March 23rd
