Buying my ring from your company was an easy and quick experience. Lots of choice was great but made my decision somewhat more difficult! When it arrived the packaging was beautiful and contributed to the experience. Just one thing that would have helped. I was not sure about the size I needed. I was able to use the on line app but I twice requested a ring sizer but have still not received one. I almost lost the chance of buying my ring in your sale waiting for the sizer to arrive. All in all I now have a lovely new ring. Thank you.

This company are poor and unreliable. My partner ordered a ring listed as in stock and for delivery Saturday. On Saturday he had communication to say dispatch was Monday ruining his planned proposal. On Monday he had an email saying in stock and dispatched and to await tracking number but then had no response to various emails all day. When I contacted them to query this, they replied immediately to me - showing they actively avoided his communication. Today he has had an email to say he must accept the terms. These terms state they don’t have the item in stock and it will take 4-6 weeks. At this stage 3 planned proposals have been ruined and he has had no communication with regards a refund or apology. I am very disappointed and upset that this has happened. Unfortunately, he had cancelled a previous order in favour of this company, now he is left with nothing. Don’t be fooled by the website.

Service and quick delivery and it’s amazing quality love it

The order process is extremely easy. I was kept up to date at every stage. DPD and The Diamond Store contacted me with a 1 hour delivery slot.

Pretty earrings. Although should have screw on to keep safe in the ear rather than butterfly backs.

I left it so late to order diamond and sapphire earrings but hoped they’d arrive before Christmas. Received notification they wouldn’t be here for Christmas and I could refund or wait 5 weeks. So pleased I waited Absolute quality amazing earrings but they need extra marks for packaging and presentation it really was of the highest quality. So my advice give them a little more time than 3 days 🤦‍♂️ I know I know. Just wait for this company to send you something very special you’ll not regret it
