The ring I ordered was not was delivered, I had to wait a month for the ring to be made and delivered and now customer service are not responding to my emails to try and resolve Poor service all round.

The Emerald and Diamond Eternity Ring 18K purchased is perfect and is exactly as depicted on the website. The recipient is also delighted with it. The purchase process is excellent with emails informing you of exactly how it is proceeding.

The ring and necklace I bought at The Diamond Store are wonderful. They look very nice. Made of white gold (which I love) with a dark blue sapphire in the middle, they make a beautiful whole. They are comfortable to wear. I am very happy with my purchase.
