Bad customer service

Ordered necklace as a gift for my mum’s 60th birthday present on the 2nd January. I believed we ordered it with adequate time for it to come before her birthday. Paid a lot of money as well. Had multiple issues with the delivery which I tried many times to get in contact and put right but communication was terrible. No phone line to call on just a email address which you are lucky if you get a response in a couple of days. Overall I would say customer service is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend using this company. Finally got the necklace 5 days after my mums birthday. Very disappointed.

Great delivery updates, love that i was provided with a pin number to give to the delivery driver to ensure safe delivery to the correct person! Fabulous idea! Awful communication

My now fiance proposed on the 14th of December, unfortunately the ring was to big, we checked on the website and they had plenty of my size in stock, we returned the ring on the 15th, since then the communication has been absolutely awful, we have emailed tried to call, been told the phone lines will be working on the 6th of January, still not working, still don't have the ring, I've said to my fiance to get a refund and buy a ring from somewhere else, such a shame as he has purchased from them before with no issues. It's made the whole engagement bubble pop very quickly. Order 487040

Anniversary gift

I wanted to buy a bracelet for my wife and from the first point of contact to placing the order everything was perfect. Your customer service is second to none. The bracelet arrived exactly where you said it would even having to give a pin number to the delivery driver to make sure it didn’t get mislaid. Thank you so much the bracelet looks beautiful and I’m really pleased with it I’m sure my wife will love it.
