The diamond is beautiful, just felt the chain is extremely fine for the size of diamond. I would have liked a little more notice if delivery date as I had a text to say it would be delivered in the next hour, I would have planned to stay in if I had more notice.

My experience with the diamond company has been a very pleasant one, was kept up to date on progress of order regularly and I had a query about delivery and my mind was put at rest by customer care team via email with all relevant information. Ordered a ring using the ring sizer and was sent a ring that was much bigger, delayed customer service response, worried the company is not going to resolve this with a correctly sized ring
