I’ve been looking at diamond earrings for over a year but was wary about buying them online. However, since ordering my earrings, the communication from The Diamond Store has been fantastic and my earrings arrived today. They’re exactly what I was looking for - I love them!

The diamond earrings are understated but with a lovely sparkle. I bought them as a treat for myself and I love them. Plenty of communication from Diamond Store so I knew exactly what was happening, the status of the order and delivery. It comes in unbranded packaging but oh my, when you open it, you get an outer box, branded packaging, box and drawstring bag. It really added value to the order. Especially if it is a gift.

The ring was ok. Delivered in a timely manor. Although the promotional tote bag which was on offer was never sent. (I ordered first day the offer was on which continued to be promoted for the next week) and still never got one! Unhelpful customer service. Shame really.

Fantastic range, some good prices fast delivery, multiple ways to pay, ring looks good hope my wife likes it for her 60th anniversary.
