Anniversary present.
I had looked online for a anniversary present for my wife as it is our Golden Anniversary soon. The Diamond Store appeared to be by far the better presented and had the better value items listed. It was easy to focus in on a good necklace which had really good reductions indicated. The ordering process was simple and the company kept me informed re the delivery process. It arrived exactly at the time I was informed and was packaged well. I will be buying again from this company as I can't fault it for cost, payment and delivery process.

Horrendous company
Horrendous company. No communication, clearly they have lot's of late orders as their phone system has had 'technical problems' since Christmas. We are still yet to received a despatch note from an order we were told should be with us by Christmas, then the 30th December, then 2nd Jan... Still nothing!!! I honestly believe the good reviews are people connected with this company!!!

Ordered late in the evening on the 31st December - arrived today 4th January, so fairly quick delivery (granted I wasn't on a time restraint and pretty flexible, and the fact you had new years day in between). Initially, I was dubious about this company/business given the bad reviews. Yes, I do take a venture down the bad review lane to see what people's complaints have been with the company, and most were down to delays with deliveries, or people ordering around Black Friday when people should know all too well what it's like around that time. So - with that lot in mind, I went ahead anyway and found a ring and ordered it. Lovely little member; a white gold, side stone, lab-diamond ring. Exactly as the ring was listed and as the video showed. Also, Charlotte on their service team was absolutely stellar when it came to swapping the size of the ring. Delightfully helpful, straight to the point and did what I asked and when it arrived today it was precisely what I wanted. But you know when a deal or a sale just seems too good to be true? Well, me being me, I had that urge to just get the lab-diamonds tested - just to make sure the diamonds on the ring were what the site said they were. Went to three independent jewellers in my town to get the diamonds on the ring tested and all three of those jewellers had their tools sing with that delightful tone - they were diamonds. They also visually inspected them too and confirmed the cut and clarity of them! I'll let all of you decide whether to bite the bullet and order with this company, but I did - and boy I was not disappointed! Hence the 5 star review! Thank you Diamond Store and team! Oh, and those that mentioned about them taking too long to refund - not the case with me. I initially ordered a 925 Silver version, but decided that wasn't going to be durable enough. So I requested a cancellation and refund and that bounced into my account today too; that was also cancelled on the 31st December. So TLDR;- took a chance, didn't regret it. Brilliant service. Now to think about how to pop the question!

I have shopped with The Diamond Store a number of times during recent years and have always experienced first class service on each occasion. The jewellery is high quality and really great value, plus I have peace of mind knowing that it is covered by their five year guarantee. Each item I have purchased has also come with a valuation certificate, which I think is a good thing to have. All in all, based on my own personal experience, I certainly cannot fault them in any way.
