Communication terrible!

Really pleased with our black bifold doors, they've changed the look of the lounge

Received the door I ordered. It may have been used as a delivery ramp by the courier and there was no sign of the free handles, mechanism or hinges. Contacted the office was told the free handles would cost an additional £15. Need 4 matching doors but will have to buy them elsewhere!

Doors delivered late and had marks on them .

I can`t review the doors as I did not receive them. I ordered and paid for them, only to be told a few days later that they were not in stock. If that was the case, then their website should have informed me before I paid for them and then had to organise a refund. Not a very efficient service.

First time ordered from this company and they are very good and the quality of the product was excellent.

Appalling aftersales service. The paint on the doors I received was chipping - even before I put them up. I sent emails to their aftersales team on the 19th of June and up till now (3rd July) not a single response. I had to call to chase them up. No acknowledgement to say they had received my emails. And zero to little interest in resolving the matter. How they have scored 4.4 stars on Trustpilot is a mystery. I regret buying from them. If anything (product or delivery) goes wrong, you are on your own. Only use them if you fancy getting stressed out for buying a door. Believe the poor reviews you have read on here about them. They are true.

Good website enabling me to see different styles from different manufacturers, plenty of information given. Competitive pricing & easy to follow ordering system. My doors came from 2 different sources but both arrived in time slot provided. The doors were well protected & exactly as I had envisioned
