Worse experience with their customer service

I whole heartedly recommend this company! They have fixed my 16 yrs old Mercury Cooker which is no longer supported due to the model being taken over by another manufacturer. They came the day after I phoned, and although it looked tricky, after conferring with a colleague with previous knowledge of this model, they fixed it for half the price of another quote I had found!! Others repairers didn't even want to try and repair it! I am so happy to have my cooker back and functioning properly now! Thank you Capital Repairs!

I found Capital repairs very friendly, reliable and easy to deal with.I would recommend them to friends and family and use them again.

I have a rented property and the tenant reported a small leak from the back of the washing machine. I called capital repairs. Visit 1. Engineer turned up without an appointment and no one was in. He was given wrong information by office. Visit 2. Two engineers came and said pump was blocked. They cleared it and left remarking “that was a quick job”. Machine still leaking. Visit 3. Another engineer said it needed a new part and he would order it. As I was paying for this I waited a week then contacted them. They said they hadn’t had time to contact me!! Visit 4. Part was fitted and leak stopped. I paid £135 for this fiasco. A new machine costs £199. Whole thing inefficient, expensive and waste of everyone’s time. Would not recommend.
