Excilent service keep up the good work!

I had my dishwasher repaired by capital refrigeration , there excellent service team came to pick up the appliance, and was returned as Good as new Would highly recommend

Gary Pearce, the Managing Director, of this company has left a factually incorrect response to our review of his company on Google reviews. He has also not addressed the fact that we have paid £80 upfront labour in good faith for a part that the engineer told me would cost about £100. We then received a phone call saying the part would be £150. It’s available on Amazon for £100. Not only have they not offered to partially refund the labour costs, they have lied about the facts of the situation. These people are dishonest and unscrupulous - steer clear.

I wish I had read the reviews. An engineer arrived promptly to diagnose a faulty dishwasher. Waited four days to hear back regarding the cost of the part. When I queried why it had taken so long to get back to me the person on the phone kept telling me that I didn’t understand how complicated it all was and that “repairs took time”. The part was so expensive it was not worth repairing the dishwasher, not explained by the engineer. Even if I had gone ahead it would have been a further week to repair. So I have paid Capital £80 for an engineer to read a fault code, which I had done myself in any case. As the £80 was to cover fitting labour which I would not be asking for I asked for a partial refund to reflect their costs in sending an engineer out. They flat out refused. Poor service, it’s basically a scam. You pay up front for repairs that they will ensure you don’t actually want. I saw the part on Amazon for £50 less than they were quoting.

I had ordered spare parts from Capital Repairs and found the service excellent and the staff helpful.

Very good service , telephone manner efficient and pleasant . Prompt visit by engineer quickly diagnosed problem . New washing machine installed the same day by 2 very cheerful,polite young men who worked well together as a team. thanks very much

Extremely helpful staff who know their job.

The engineer resolved the issues with our cooker and provided some helpful tips for maintaining the oven. The customer service was good although I needed to make a few calls to get the appointment sorted out.

We had been having problems with our freezer. The temperature was not at freezer temperature. Thankfully Marcel was able to fix the problem and took a lot of care doing so. He also advised on other kitchen appliances and how to keep them clean and how to avoid having issues with them. Great service :)
