Their step by step process is pretty straightforward & simple. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have I accepted their lowball offer as their offer came with no invoice that broke down how they came to this number. They offered an additional 10% to the offer, but without an invoice breaking it all down, I have no idea if the 10% was truly given. Further research suggests I could have probably gotten more for the scrap gold. Won’t be using their service again.
