I gave this company two stars for their service and timely communication during the evaluation period they had my diamond rings. I never pay retail prices for my rings and I don't shop at the mall jewelry stores so I thought I would get a legitimate price quote. Their offer was disappointing low so I declined the offer and will be getting my rings returned.
