Very fast to get my money to me and it…

Very fast to get my money to me and it was hassle free during the entire process. Sold my loose diamonds for a good price to them. They sent the money to me the same day I accepted their offer.

Overall disappointed

I found this company online and decided to give it a shot. The first thing that upset me was that they said they would send me my offer within 1 business day, however, after a week I had to reach out to them because they never sent me an offer. Then they offer me $139 on a $2,500 diamond necklace, not sure how they came up with that price. I wasn’t looking for a lot but $139 seemed like a joke. Lastly, when I got my necklace back in the mail it was out of the grooved padding in the box which holds it in place and the chain was an absolute tangled mess, I have yet to be able to get it untangled. So disappointed with this experience.

Low ball offer beware..

Listen to me? I along with many who gave them one star really they deserve zero star. Maybe a half star because they're shipping was fast and very secure. The rest? Lowball offer. If you don't believe me look at all the negative review. Positive review I really doubt. They ripped my tag I can't get a refund and they're not responsible. Say very clearly on the diamond ring merchandise not returnable if tag is ripped. They don't need to rip my tag really during appraisal. Other jeweler say the same thing. Either way put the tag aside okay let's just say who care oh well tag rip? Really the offer still so low I cannot believe myself. Cash for Gold USA and Cash for Diamond USA is the same company beware.... Read the review before you send in.

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time. I sent in a 2 CT TW (1 CT center stone) with top clarity set in platinum, a 1/2 CT wedding band in platinum, and another 1/2 CT halo diamond in white gold with mid clarity...their offer for ALL of them was $275 🤣 They explained the markup involved buying from stores to support their offer. These pieces were over $13k from the stores. I recently had them appraised and the wedding set alone was appraised for $6500 which I understand because of the store markup. They have a set like mine listed on their site for $7500? 🤔 Interesting. This place is hoping you are REALLY desperate for $ and will allow them to totally rip you off..I honestly do not even think they have an appraisal process. It's seems like they just start shooting out CRAZY low offers hoping someone is desperate enough will take it. Don't waste your time. You could honestly get this or little more at a pawn shop. 🤷‍♀️ Sorry I even wasted my time. I just got my offer from a local jewelry store which I have accepted. They are buying just the wedding set for $5700. Like I said....dont waste your time here. As you can tell by their response below...this place is a joke. $150 for a 1 CT high clarity princess cut diamond with 1ct side diamonds in platinum & a diamond wedding band . Who in their right mind is going to accept that?

Beware!!!!!

Beware!!!!! Do not send your jewelry to this company!!! I wish I would have read the reviews. After their reply I still “believe” my stones were switched out and after I declined the offer it took a long time to get my items back. They said someone was trying to reach me but I do not have a message or contact from the company. If there is documentation to prove otherwise then it should be provided. I stand by my belief, and believe people should beware sending your items.

I got my envelope packet within 2 days…

I got my envelope packet within 2 days and sent my jewelry out. It got to them extremely fast and I had a fair offer the next day. I found it easier than going to some pawn shop and dealing with that person face to face. If you don't like their offer you can always decline and they'll mail it right back.

Rip off artists plain and simple

Rip off artists plain and simple. If you use these people they will screw you on your diamonds worth then they’ll sell it for retail at a 400% profit. I’ll make this very clear I did not buy the main diamond from a retailer, it was bought from a diamond buyer who told me the retail price of the center diamond. That diamond was just under an Astor diamond. I have the gia certificate. The band and its diamonds cost 6600.00 I’m not going to tell you what I paid for the center diamond. Now that they don’t like the truth being told I received a message that they want my personal information or they think it’s a fraudulent review. It’s not and if this review is removed I’ll flood the internet with the truth and that includes YouTube with the certificate and the diamonds serial number. So people will know I’m telling the truth.
