Bonjour J’ai réservé pour la 1ere fois avec nustay un sejour du 25/02 au 5/03 a marrakeck. Sincérement je n’ai rencontré aucun souci avec nustay j’ai reçu le mail et à peine 10 min apres le voucher comme convenu. Je tenais à donner mon avis ce dont je fais jamais en général car apres avoir lu les avis j’ai eu peur aussi mais franchement je n’ai rien à redire et je recommande car le prix était vraiment trés attractif et défiant toute conccurence. Merci nustay

Sehr ärgerlich

Sehr ärgerlich. Diese Seite hat es sich zum Geschäftsmodell gemacht, mit sehr, sehr niedrigen Preisen zu werben, diese aber nach Dateneingabe "überraschend" zu erhöhen. Offensichtlich werden Bewertungen, die darüber berichten, gelöscht, um diese Praktiken zu verdecken.

Bad experience with Nustay

My experience with Nustay was not good. I booked a Hilton hotel in the US. The hotel had to charge me again for my stay (once I got there) as Nustay's "credit" to them was rejected electronically. I lost 3 hours of my life talking to the hotel, talking to people at Hilton, and talking to American Express. No one at Hilton had ever heard of them, though interestingly, my room was actually booked. I spent over an hour on hold with Nustay with no luck trying to resolve the issue. Thank goodness for American Express and their attorneys! UPDATE 3/22: While Nustay has employees to scour the internet for bad reviews, I have not heard from anyone at Nustay despite their reply below. Nor am I sure how they could even find me based on a first name and last initial. I suspect they write replies like this to cover themselves. My negative experience remains negative.

Very good service

Very friendly staff and sorted out problem, whilst updating me. Replied to emails fast (same day of me emailing them) kept me updated with what was going on and helped me get a refund due to special circumstances although it was a non-refundable booking. Thank you nustay :)

Nustay were efficient

Nustay were efficient, friendly and responsive both to my original booking and then on my request for cancellation of my hotel booking due to my event being cancelled because of the Corona virus. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
