Pretty good booking site but I lost my breakfast
Pretty good booking site. However, when I clicked to book a hotel with breakfast included as per description, for a specific price, I ended up with the desired hotel booking for the specific price - but with out the breakfast!!! Annoying.

It's easy enough just like booking through any other website. Not thrilled about the none refundable aspect. I'll probably book directly with the hotel in future, flexibility is necessary in my opinion. I've booked 4 weeks in advance, I rarely know what I'm doing tomorrow so if things change I'm out £200.

Nustay is really bad. There has no attempt by their team to reach out to affected customers and offer a solution despite waiting for 2 weeks. Guys, please do steer clear of them. **Update** Hi, yes of course I did try to submit a cancellation request, because I did not agree to the revised price that your company charged, like all of the unhappy customers complaining on this forum! Also, I did not stay at the hotel, how fair is it that I am being charged for such an offer/service? And since all of us did not agree to the revised price set by your company, how fair is it that you are charging us the revised price, based on the cached Google logic that you have been advising customers, and then throwing the terms and conditions at the same customers who were willing to give you guys a chance? A good travel/booking company relies heavily on social media, word of mouth, positive recommendation, customer loyalty. But it really seems that your company does not have any of that. It seems like you are aiming to scam/bully customers instead.

There was ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! I accidentally booked the wrong date, I was never able to get ahold of a representative. I know it mentions to email fodder faster service but when you doubt have access it's impossible to get any help

Tried to book and ripped off
Just went to book my hotel, was through the whole booking process in less that ten minutes. When I had already put in all my credit card details it then said the cost of my hotel had gone up from £350 to £450. I can’t imagine what would have made the price of the hotel increase by a third in less than 10 minutes!

Looks like a scam
Offered room for $307.00 on google maps Clicked thru to website, offer increased to $328.00; 107% increase, no big deal on $307.00. Clicked book room, and entered credit card info, then offer increased to $1607.00 Feels like the website is just fishing for sensitive information. If the room was being offered for 1607.00, I would think the website itself would have the most recent offering, and not be off the mark by $1279.00, or 390%. Its a good thing I caught that, and didn't just click thru. Looks and smells like a phishing scheme if I ever saw one. Bad form Nustay; you are black listed.
