The centre is pleasant but . . . .

The centre is very pleasant to attend, making the mri experience less stressful. However, there were some issues. I have had a brain mri before but it would have been helpful if the staff had communicated with me once inside. I had no idea when it was going to start. I was asked if i would like radio - if they had spoken to me they would have known that it hadn't been turned on ! Only comment was "this is the last bit/one'. The radiologist (?) who escorted me out was reassuring and courteous.. Later that day i got a voicemail from the centre. When i returned the call, feeling somewhat anxious, it turned out it was to ask me if i had the locker key and could i come back with it. I said it would have been less worrying if the person had mentioned why they were calling. I also said that a brain mri leaves you disorientated. She made no apology. So nice place but some of your staff could learn a bit of bedside manner. I posted the key back. I assume you got it !

Friendly staff but needs an online system

Very friendly staff. However, i was asked to fill in my personal details every time that i came in for a checkup/consultation, which is not favourable if one goes back every week and need to fill out the exact same form with the personal details every time.

Excellant service

Very professional and friendly service. I was able to arrange my MRI scan on the same day that I requested it. Beautiful clean building and facilities. It all looks brand new. First class. Thank you.

Professional and friendly

The staff at the reception was friendly. the doctor was on time. The procedure was carried out professionally. When the doctor realized towards the end that an additional measure was necessary he took the extra time.
