I found the whole process of my health issues very accommodating. Staff are very helpful and have time for you to understand your query or direct to the right person. Very friendly staff which helps enormously.

All people interaction was very good and efficient. Did not have to wait long and was put at my ease by the person doing the mri scan. Only issue - the cupboard in the changing area needs a new lock! Current one is just about to fall out and is very difficult to close.
