I just spoke with SARA in customer suport. She not only answered all of my questions but she gave me some various tips and information in order to complete my membership requirements. She was sweet, smart and so amazing.

I requested a room over looking the pool, didn't get it because I requested two queen beds, really? Agents need to be familiar with properties. Two, lobby and front of hotel were very nice, however the back was awful! Two ponds were low and the fountains were not working. The building needs a good power wash to take the green grunge away. The room was so, so nothing impressive about it not even a microwave. When ask for supplies such a toilet paper we were told they had none, but later did bring us an extra roll. Oh and the $22.00 a day to park my car in a parking lot that is on the property, ridiculous! Once again I was told the average taxes would be about $10.00 a day I had to pay over 200.00 for 4 night stay.

This is a complete scam, do not use this website! First of all before booking I didn’t see anywhere regarding a presentation (this one is on me) then when continuing my booking it asked for my birth date. I listed my age and birth date (23) and it continued to process my order. After getting a receipt I saw that I had to attend a mandatory conference and so I called to follow up with that. They told me I had to be 25 and employed to qualify for this deal. Not one time did it bring up these details when I purchased. So I am now paying 99$ for this website and an additional 180$ because I can’t go to the conference even if I wanted to. I could have found a hotel room for cheaper with no strings attached. This is a complete scam!

I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes to talk to a human being. She was very helpful very well spoken could understand and spoken English. She helped me my vacation and did a great job at recommending what I should do.

I spoke with Addi and she was very patient and answer all of my questions. Vegas here we come!
