Beware of this company! My sister signed up for this in January of 2024 and tragically passed away in February of 2024 - This company refuses to refund her money ($998) that is needed to pay for her funeral - it shows this company is only money hungry and has greed in their hearts. No one has reached out to me!!!!

I have yet to take my trip and I’m already upset. What was quoted to me by the sales representative seems not to be true. I’ve tried having a senior representative contact me via email and no one calls back as promised. I got my friend to book a package as it sounded like a GREAT deal. VO seems to be fraudulent and misleading. After complaining and have a live chat with a representative I then got an email stating that my vacation had expired enough though the documentation sent when purchased states 9/10/25. Now I’m confused not only have they mislead me , they are now stealing my money. I advise not to use Vacation Offers as this the headache and aggravation isn’t worth it. By the way no one still has reached out to me via phone. I’ve received a few 4 line emails only contact has been made from me.

Terrible experience! They said they left us a voicemail, twice, to change something! We went back through our emails and nothing! We had planned our day based on their first meeting and couldn’t make it to their time because we didn’t know about it! Now it is costing us an extra $300 dollars that we hadn’t planned on! Really a buzz killer when on a budget! Don’t use them!!!! 1) “verified” our stay for 1 night. ( we booked for a week) 2) “sold” our vacation booking to a different company and didn’t tell us… vacation was cancelled when sold…. Didn’t tell us. Found all this out when we got to the hotel. 3) company originally planned this with… Westgate resorts… not doing vacation packages anymore. New presentation at different place (didn’t tell us this either and changed time of original presentation to interfere with planned excursion) . 4) no communication, no explanation 5) got to hotel … again cancelled….. had to pay additional money to stay where we planned or get moved someplace else. 5) presentation at someplace we were not told of until day before. We can not cancel other plans ( will cost more than not going to presentation). If we do go, we will be happy to share the horrible experience with everyone there and will certainly not pay to have hassles like this for our next trip.

The agent that I spoke with was very helpful in explaining my packages to me. I was booking a last minute trip and she was able to help me find accommodation for my whole family. She was very friendly. If I could choose who I get to speak with when booking my text trip, it would be her.

Muy mala experiencia. No reserven con este grupo. Te estagan, te cobran doble por no participar en determinada actividad. Nos cobraron doble la reserva de hotel y numca fueron 99 dolares fueron 167 mas el resort. Conclusion es una ESTAFA desde todos los puntos de bista pues no hablan claro, prometen tarjeta de regalo, y otros beneficios y todo es menrira. NO CAIGAN EN SU ESTAFA. TE TARJETEAN PORQUE TE DESCUENTAN DOBLE Y MAS CANTIDAD. Y CUANDO RECLAMAS LOS AGENTES SON SUPER GROSEROS.
