Be up front with your clients

I am getting married in a week and was afraid of not being able to make a reservation at a decent location for our honeymoon. The best wedding present I could have hoped for was how accommodating our gal was in making sure we were able to get just what we wanted for our trip. I could not be happier!

I'm new and trying to schedule my first trip to get my package perks.The Customer Service was very helpful in changing the initial rsvp I made to find a hotel w/ 2 double beds and I just had to pay an extra $50+ She was also nice enough to pick up the phone since it was close to 5pm MT closing time on a friday. She did advice me that we can change a booking until 8 days before arrival date w/o penalty fees but $150 after (and none-refundable on day of inteded arrival or day before(?)). However, I wish VO would automatically send the bookign # by email too since I couldnt verify it with the hotel immediately and book the flight$ can change over the weekend and VO is closed(?). I will try calling if I can get thru tomorrow.

They changed me $300 out of nothing

The staff was great! The presentation was amazing. The room was fantastic!!!!
