Delivery was great. It would have been nice to have some better instructions and a way of securing the 2 halves together as it seems a bit unstable when trying to push the mattress down to close the ottoman. The mattress also slips a bit.

Excellent comms and the delivery company were excellent too. Already thinking about ordering another bed for my daughter and will almost certainly use British beds direct.

I telephoned ahead to work out how to arrange delivery soon after I moved into my new home. The staff were friendly and helpful. Delivery went smoothly with the bed carried into the upstairs bedroom.

Could be better. Bed is solid and the ottoman function works well. There are obvious signs the construction was rushed with joins of materials uneven, some small nails almost poking through storage base, both ottoman lids close at a separating angle and glue wiped on the top of the non slip material. While you can’t see these when the lid is down it’s still disappointing that it was sent out like this. Delivery estimate was 14 days but took 22, not terrible but longer than I would have liked.
