Disappointing Experience with Prestige Flowers
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Prestige Flowers. I paid for a delivery to arrive before 1 PM, and while it technically arrived at 12:58, that’s hardly the issue. Some of the roses in the bouquet were wilted, which is unacceptable for the price I paid. To make matters worse, I’ve tried reaching out for support, but no one answers the phone, and their "live chat" service is completely unresponsive. It’s frustrating to feel ignored after spending my money. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend their services. Save your time and find a more reliable florist!

I was very disappointed with the flowers I had ordered for my daughter’s birthday! When I emailed to point out that these flowers probably lasted just three days I was told I should have made contact earlier? Not the response I had expected & as you can imagine I will not be recommending or buying from Prestige again !! 😡
Absolute jokers
Absolute jokers - Ordered a large bouquet and I received 5 roses. I paid nearly 70 pounds for 5 flowers, 1 teddybear and 1 pack of chocolates. Not recommended.

Not worth the price, go to your local
Good customer service, the flowers arrived on time but Christ you do not get a lot for the price. Over £50 spent and there looks to be £20 worth of flowers.
Dissatisfied customer. Disappointing purchase
I rarely review however, this merits some honesty for other potential buyers. The 5 stars given ensures my review is seen! My partner has purchased from prestige flowers for years and up until the past few months we were both impressed with their products. Recently, we have been extremely disappointed with what we have received. The large valentines bunch costing £47 consisted of 12 flowers and looked vastly different to the image displayed on the website. When we emailed prestige flowers we were greeted with a response stating there was nothing wrong with what we had received, even after us sending photos. My partner originally thought there must have been some mistake as previously, the bunches had been as expected. With regret, due to our recent experiences and the response from their customer service representative, we will be going elsewhere in the future.

Not that impressed. Arrived in a box, which I didn't expect. The roses were ok and well packaged but highly expensive for what they were. I could have got better at my local Tesco for half the price so next time I'll do that or use interflora.
