Very disappointed could have bought better from Tesco! And would have been cheaper!!

Paid Extra for medium bouquet and could of bought better from Tesco!! Contacted customer service and all their responses were copy and paste, I could not get a proper answer out of them .They told me to go to my card provider for refund and now I have been told to return bouquet of flowers that I bought as birthday gift 2 weeks , I originally complained the day after the flowers have been delivered, Very disappointed as I have used this company 5 times before and never had a problem . Lack of customer service is appalling, they need to deal with customer complaints themselves, instead of fobbing customers off . Update - Still no refund as requested

Appalling

Appalling You don’t get what you pay for! My parter ordered a large bouquet for Valentine’s Day but a standard size arrived. Not only was it a small bunch but there were flowers that had broken heads and have already started to wilt. After sales useless! Avoid at all costs!!

I sent some flowers for my mum's 90th birthday. I had paid extra for a card to be put in the box. No card was in the box, and the flowers were old and of inferior quality. I have photos of the flowers - my sister sent them to me - she was equally cross on my behalf. I would not bother, I should have used M&S or Next - about 1000% better. Very disappointing - I had used them in the past. Never again. It's not every day that your mum's 90!!

Absolute disgrace

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and couldn’t believe what my partner received. They cost £40 but could have got better flowers from the local woods. I took photos and sent them to prestiage flowers and they admitted they were poor. They offered me a £10 voucher but I’ve refused it. I can’t believe how unprofessional they are. It looks to me once they get the money they don’t care. I’ve seen there responses to post similar to mine. All they say is sorry. Pathetic, don’t go near them. Just got that reply below and it’s the same as everyone got. I’m taking this to trading standards and not going to let it go.

Hugely disappointing

What I ordered to what I recieved was terrible , spoke to two different customer service agents which didn’t see an issues just copied and pasted same generic answers from a sheet barely read the messages I was sending. Foliage in the photo is what makes the bouquet look nice and full I recieved 1 twig with some leaves on as foliage which is acceptable apparently an meets there standards 🤣 I have photos but can’t upload them to here , the agents seen photos said nothing wrong 😑

Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience Ordered some valentines flowers, as I have done before I know fresh flowers can take a while to open up before you see the true potential. Arrived as expected on the Friday and they still had not opened by today (4 days later) and the roses had already started to die on day 1. Bearing in mind when this order is placed on the very same webpage as the flowers themselves it states '7 day satisfaction guarantee' therefore with that being said I thought it would be a simple process to get to a sensible resolution of a replacement or a refund. But no... I was told about a hidden T&C I accepted when I created an account (I checked out as a guest) then I was told no I accepted the T&C when I placed the order... In that you must contact them within 3 days if you are unhappy, since when did they create their own consumer law? Customer agent also contradicting themselves. After highlighting the contradictory statements and issuing a credit card dispute and raising to the consumer ombudsman they finally after much back and forth offered a replacement bouquet, lets hope these ones turn up in better condition than the first. Perhaps make this 3 day 'rule' more prominent within the ordering process and also if the 7 day satisfaction does not apply to all items on the site I would suggest removing such a banner from the items it does not apply too. Its still there today on the flowers I ordered, which to any consumer looking at the website would imply there is a 7 day guarantee of the satisfaction of the customer on such a purchase, apparently not, but again it doesn't say that anywhere. It should not take the best part of 30/45 mins chatting to an agent to resolve something so simple.

Avoid this Company ! They will rip you off !

I ordered Valentine Day Flowers, however they did not arrive on Valentine's Day even though they had a "guaranteed delivery for that day". Prestige have told me this was a fault with their couriers ! and there is nothing they can do. I asked for a Refund and they basically told me to "Go AWAY ! ". Poor Customer Service and they have a "100% customer service guarantee" ! I had to buy some more flowers on Valentines day that cost me another £55 ! So I am out of Pocket ! AVOID this company ! Use a local Florist I should of !

Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company. Bouquet arrived in a mess, all roses black at top, snapped flowers, petals everywhere, barely a live flower in there. The card included with the order had a very obvious printing error too. Over 10 photos were sent via email and live chat and they still asked for more. I was offered £15 credit on an order that cost £53 and I refused. They then offered to re send the flowers but the day was gone by this point so I asked for a full refund and then they stopped talking to me and suggested I should go to my bank and refused to engage any further. I eventually managed to get a refund over the phone but we were still chraged £9 for express delivery which they refused to refund depsite the order being fit for the bin. Two hours dealing with this company and I will never use them again.

flower came very small bunch for priced paid.Didnt resemble the picture at all. Customer service did nothing but support the florist. My advise leave this site well alone. Go to Tesco you get 3 time the amount for your money and theres no differents in quailty.Nothing Prestige about this company.
