Flowers arrived dead 5 days late.
Flowers did not arrive on the date specified. Customer services responded with the standard company statements over the next few days. Very frustrating. After 4 days, a different customer service employee, John M , sorted out everything within 24 hours. He went above and beyond. Late delivery was due to Royal Mail sending flowers to the wrong mail centre. Flowers arrived dead after 5 days, however, John had already arranged compensation.

There was too much information on each page and it was not always clear of the order in which you should attend to. Also, I would like to see the price converted to Canadian dollars,at least at the final page of the transaction

My Roses withered two days after Valentine’s Day. Total waste of money in my opinion.
Flowers don't even arrive...
Husband ordered me some flowers to be delivered to work on Valentines day. Nothing delivered, no communication and when he contacted customer service he was told delivery isn't guaranteed and was offered £5.99 credit note. Absolute shambles. Well done for ruining my valentines. Will make sure I let everyone know not to use you guys.
Prestige? Your having a laugh!
I ordered my flowers for delivery 28/1 for 12/2 delivery. 13/2 I had to call them to find out where my order was. It was delivered that day, but the Roses were drooping and old looking. The leaf was not in good condition either. I contacted customer service via email and had zero response. Prestige? Really poor service and quality was and a joke!

Will not be using prestige flowers again. I was totally underwhelmed with the bouquet sent to my partner on valentine's day. Paid for a large bouquet, have had better bunches from the petrol station at a fraction of the cost. Packaging was damaged on arrival, flowers hadn't been arranged or trimmed just tied together. Bouquet was also really small with tatty flowers. Customer services asked for a picture and continue to tell me that they are adequate which they are not

DO NOT USE. FLOWERS WILL NOT TURN UP ON THE DAY YOU ORDER AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. 3 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY WIFE THEY STILL HAVEN'T ARRIVED AND THEY WONT REFUND ME.

Very disappointed. Didn’t receive the flowers on the day specified despite placing the order in adequate time and paying additional. Flowers were damaged on arrival and did not travel well. Customer services were closed at 4pm on a Friday despite being advertised as open until 5. All round poor performance
