Was a bit worried about the delivery of this as they come from NI, brexit and all. No problem it arrived in few days in good condition Will use again.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a Stokke Tripp Trapp bundle on the 12th of January. Actual delivery arrived 4 weeks later even though everything was listed as 'in stock' online. No communication regarding the delay. When the items arrived the tray was faulty. Contacted customer service via email (they do not pick up the phone). Was told that a replacement will be sent to allow 7-10 working days. Time passed and no item, when queried again they told me the courier had lost in transit another item will be sent immediately, but they cannot provide tracking details. Once again no item has arrived, no reply from customer service and no one picks up the phone. Appalling service for a substantial purchase. I have reported to my credit card company to see how i can get what i paid for!
