Waiting over 6 weeks for an in stock item
I've been waiting over 6 weeks for an "in stock" item for #3022. They apologised that they sent the wrong information to DPD, but have since stopped replying to my emails. The baby has now arrived and the lack of this order is causing considerable stress. This really isn't acceptable.
Extremely Poor
I purchased my item 14 days ago today, unfortunately, it still hasn’t arrived. Now I appreciate that delivery problems do happen, however, the company did not initiate communication, despite knowing there was an issue. I had to contact them. When I did they were very dismissive and unapologetic. No refund for postage costs or discount was offered. There is evidently a significant problem with this company and they clearly do not wish to make improvements. The sign a of a good and morally decent company is their response in the face of problems and concerns, unfortunately, they do not care at all. I do not say this lightly, as I know this is people’s income, but avoid purchasing from this company, I personally wouldn’t ever again! To the staff at Tony Kealy’s, please do not cut and paste your generic response to this review, it offers zero reassurance to customers. Perhaps some reflection on your practices is required?

Very happy overall. I used the chat window to check if the product I was looking for was in stock which was promptly answered. My order placed with little fuss and delivery a couple of days later. Good communication, accurate listing and the product arrived in perfect condition. More than happy to recommend. Thanks.
Good customer communication
Maybe a little generous with 5 stars considering I don't actually have an item. I ordered an item that was a "pre-order" so I knew wouldn't be available until Late Feb. I placed the order and then got very worried about it as then looked on trustpilot and saw lots of complaints about import duty/taxes. I contacted them and they were responsive and informative keeping me updated. I'm sure they are not the only company caught out by Brexit so can completely sympathise. Turns out that the particular item now would not be available until much later and offered me the option to cancel or keep it on order. I chose to have a refund and they confirmed quickly and returned the money within 1-2 days. They were polite and upfront throughout my experience and wish them the best with all the additional hurdles covid and Brexit have put on their business. Only point I would say that on 1 occasion I got an invalid email address error but assume that this was due to IT maintenance (I sent the email quite late on a Saturday). It didn't phase me as I work in IT and when I resent the mail on the Monday I got a response pretty quickly but may worry some none technical customers!
Not good enough
Well I wish I'd seen the reviews first before ordering #3414. When I ordered my wife nursing chair it said it would be here February which was fine now all of a sudden to be fair they did email me now its June blaming Brexit and covid for the delay. If you have a problem in getting stock then don't let people order it until you have it in stock it very simple. You guys offered me a refund which I will have please but I've tried to tell you I'd like a refund but my email keeps bouncing back to me saying their's a problem with your email address?. I hope you read this and get in contact with me.

I would give 0 stars if possible! I am outraged. Firstly I have been ignored now for several days despite emails, Facebook messages and Instagram messages. I ordered a nursing chair on 8th Jan. When I emailed to ask about delivery I was told they were expecting stock end of Jan. I waited until 29th Jan to email again but got no response. I have emailed two more times since and had nothing back. I have messaged on Facebook and Instagram and tried calling all number on the website... nothing! I appreciate that brexit has made things difficult but I would appreciate honest and open communication. It is not at all acceptable to ignore customers who have spent a decent amount of money with you. I would appreciate someone contacting me about my order #3152 ASAP. This has put a dampener on what should be a very exciting time for me and my partner. We should not have to be chasing orders and making complaints. It really is completely unacceptable.
The Head of Customer Service at Tony…
The Head of Customer Service at Tony Kealys needs to answer some basic questions. It is one thing to have supplier issues, it is another thing to have supplier issues, internal issues and communication issues. Contacting TK a month after placing an order about the items location, I was told that they had forgot to put me on the list to receive the item. As this was their admitted issue you would expect some resolution, when I asked to speak to a manager about it they ignored 4 of my emails over a 2 week period. They are now saying they are waiting for a delivery but again stopped replying to my details after ambiguously saying at some point in February they would recieve a shipment, which has no bearing on what I want- to recieve the item. What is stopping you going through your list of orders and communicating with your customers? I can only assume Jade in customer services is being told to not bother replying to people that ask basic questions like WHEN AM I ACTUALLY GOING TO RECIEVE MY ITEM?
Absolute disaster, terrible customer service
I ordered a highchair bundle on 21st of December last year (order #2795) and I still haven't received it. First they sent it (second week in January) from Ireland so I was asked for hefty import charges despite the fact that I ordered it from a UK website and before Brexit. I refused to pay these and asked for a refund, instead - after a very long delay in response (9 days) - they told me they have resent it from NI. This would have been fine with me as I still need the highchair, but that was a week ago now and the tracking still shows that it hasn't actually even been physically shipped yet. I tried emailing, messaging and calling to find out what is going on but no one ever picks up the phone - there's always just a voicemail and even that was full yesterday so I couldn't even leave a message. As bad as it gets.
Order still not received
Order still not received, awful communication. Like the other UK customers I have experienced terrible customer service from Tony Kealys in that they do not respond on email, web chat, facebook chat, phone calls. My order has also been held because of Brexit, however this is no excuse not to contact UK buyers to let them know what is happening with their orders. I still do not know whether my order is being sent or whether I am getting a refund. This is highly stressful, please just let me know WHEN my order is due to be delivered, or process a refund for the item ASAP. Order number #3084. Totally ignoring customers is appalling.
