3 week delay due to Brexit

My order got stuck in customs and after 3 weeks of it being there, I finally got customer service stating they would call this one back and send one from the UK. No new email/tracking number meant that for a few days I tried to call/email and then a knock on the door and package was delivered! People I dealt with by email or phone were very nice. I am guessing they might be overwhelmed with the new Brexit rules and struggle getting their customers informed.

Don’t trust this site. I placed an order 3 weeks Ago. Never received it. Mailed several times without reply.

Stay away!

Stay away! Leaving one star as zero is not possible. I bought an expensive Stokke chair a month ago. Have received a tracking that didn’t work at first, reached out to know what was happening only to find out my order was stuck in customs. Have since been requested to pay for duties that shouldn’t apply, was told not to pay, that the company would deal with it and days ago, my order was returned to centre (stuck in Edinburgh for 2 days now!). Not to mention their customer service stopped replying to me days ago. Stay away.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. I've ordered a high chair 3 weeks ago and still havent seen my order. No response from email and the Livechat have stopped replying to me. Tony Kealys, I really need a response or a refund please. Can you tell me whats happening with my order?

Bad communication

Despite several emails, there has been no communication on delivery status. I understand there have been issues with DPD but it would be good to get updates rather than being ignored. It’s been over 3 weeks now and my delivery hasn’t arrived. Wouldn’t order from here again!

Ordered 4 baby seat 4 weeks ago told by customer services Something to do with Brexit and paid access £40 to courier which apparently I shouldn’t have according to them but Courir (dhl) Said that if I didn’t pay it would be returned back to sender. Total radio silence looks like the company is going into administration or something similar avoid at all costs

I’m still waiting for my product from Tony Kealys and am not getting a response from them

I’m still waiting for my product from 27th December. I ordered a movement monitor for my new baby who is arriving imminently. This is obviously important to me to use from day 1. I’ve emailed and emailed, but no response from Tony Kealys. For peace of mind, I would use a different store in the future.

Go elsewhere, not a UK based company, non existent customer service.

Order placed on 6th of January with 5 day delivery. Still not arrived and can't get a proper response from the company, despite repeated attempts to have my parcel or a refund. They don't answer the phone and sent me a generic email response addressed to someone else. I ordered from the UK website with a UK address but have since found out that due to stocking issues my item was shipped from outside the UK, knowing full well there would be customs charges which the courier have informed me they are refusing to pay. Had they informed me of this I would have simply cancelled my order which I presume is why they failed to mention it. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Their dishonesty and lack of communication is appalling.

Rip in material of new car seat. I ordered on the 7th January and up…

I ordered on the 7th January and up until today have had no update on my order at all. Then today suddenly I had a email saying it would be delivered today. I've just taken delivery of my child's carseat and despite being well packaged there is a small tear in the material on the front of the seat. Quite annoying for a brand new seat. I'm not sure if it has been knocked around in transit or it was like that before being packaged. Where it is it will only get worse with my child being put in and out of the seat so I'm not sure this seat will last as long as I expected it too before the material rips further. At the moment reading other reviews it doesn't seem that this company is the easiest to get hold of, Ive emailed them and I will update when I get a response. UPDATE Still no response from Tony Kealys, due to the Covid pandemic I would expect a delay and probably staff absences but the communication from this company is poor. I still have a ripped car seat which is a poor show for something that is supposed to keep your children safe. I purposely spent more as I wanted the safest isofix car seat for my little girl to move into I really wouldn't expect this from any new item least of all a childs car seat. I would like a response as this car seat is currently taking up space in my hallway as I don't want to use it until I've been assured of its safety.
