Awful dispatch time. Would not use this company again. I ordered a highchair on the 7th February, contacted the company after a week and was assured it would arrive within 5-7 days and would receive a dispatch notification. Low and behold 7 days later still no product or even a dispatch notification so I again contacted the company and was assured 3-5 working days ... so we are now on day 4 and still no dispatch notification. The newborn seat attachment we have ordered with the product will likely now have minimal use as my son is almost 3 months old.. I ordered less than a week of him turning 2 months ! Company do not send you updates and down to customer to chase.. the ‘ask’ button on website does allow you to contact the company and to be fair they do respond however the length of time waiting for a product is simply unacceptable. Unless my order is received within next day or 2 I will cancel and ask for full refund. Overall I would not recommend and will not use them again. Update : Have now contacted company yet again and this time have been told that it will be delivered in 2-3 days ! No apology ... starting to think item will never be received!

The wrong colour arrived

Took nearly one month to receive product that was in Stock and available. For something that is a seasonal product, it’s now almost unusable. However, I did order another product and the process and delivery were very smooth and timely. I am very happy with the customer service received. Perhaps my earlier order was a one-off and doesn’t reflect the company’s normal operations.
