Fantastic service

Fantastic service bit of a delay in shipping due to covid once shipped arrived the next day. When contacted the 2 members of staff I spoke with were very nice and helpful.

Slow to ship, indifferent customer service

I ordered a high chair two weeks ago and the order was not even shipped for 1.5 weeks, which now means that it is being held up in customs due to Brexit. Problem is, I live in the UK and ordered from this company believing it to be in the UK site, so the prospect of customs delays or additional VAT never crossed my mind. Indeed my receipt says ‘Tony Kealy’s UK’ on it. When you inquire with customer service as to the status and when they expect the order to be realistically delivered, you are met with vague replies. Doesn’t seem they care. It’s all pretty unacceptable in my opinion and I have now had to delay weaning.

Extremely slow

Extremely slow, purchased the rocking chair on the 27th December and still can’t see that it is on the way. Given a DPD number 6 days ago and it does not work. Obviously can’t comment on the product as it hasn’t arrived!

I Have Made A Purchase of 2 Joie every stage car seats on 19th and have still have not recieved my items i regret not reading the reviews about this company. I have not had any response other than 1 and have made multiple phone calls messaged via email and Facebook and still nothing. It’s beyond me.

Slow delivery and slow response to emails

Their customer service email is incorrect in their emailed receipts, points to a .com domain and not their .co.uk address. All .com emails bounce Order placed over a week ago and still no dispatch notification Emailed them for assistance but still no response

The quality of the rocking chair is…

The quality of the rocking chair is great, however it came with washers missing, which meant we couldn't fit both legs as the screws can't be fitted without the washers. After multiple phone calls to let them know about the issue, it was clear it was going to take weeks to get us the missing items so had to go to b&q and buy washers our selves. Not really want you should have to do.
