Since I wrote my below review the customer service team at Tony Kealys have contacted me by phone and the issues has been sorted out. Because of the way the young ladie on the phone handled the whole thing and was helpful I will give Tony Kealys another chance. It helps that they have the best prices I can find when it comes to bugaboo accessories. Response from customers services regarding a problem with the delivery of my item was very poor. A month after i had placed my order and im still waiting for it to be delivered. Ive had to contact customer service 4 times to find out what is happening. Great prices but I think I'll go back to using another company and just pay that little more to have my orders delivered within 3-5days.

Quick delivery of the car seat, my only concern is it didn't seem to have enough protection inside the box around the car seat and can only assume it was handled with care, the box was undamaged but it would have put me more at ease to see bubble wrap or something along those lines protecting the seat, with it coming from Ireland.
