Found the website very helpful. It was recommended to me by my sister who had bought a similar item. Was dealing with a staff member called Karen who was very helpful as my preferred product would not have been in stock until August. When I emailed to ask, Karen suggested we order the item in another colour and it was delivered the very next day !!
