Incorrect delivery info but did their best
I placed an order online with delivery promised in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I contacted tony kealy’s customer service which informed me the delivery info was incorrect and delivery would take 6 -8 weeks. After some initial prompting, customer service did do their best to get my full order (4 packages) to me ASAP. The entire order had arrived by the day after my baby boy’s arrival. I was happy with the outcome in the end.
