Bellingham safaris organized for me a truly unforgettable trip through Namibia by putting together an ad hoc itinerary that included three dramatically different sites with regard to landscape and wildlife, namely the Ongava tended camp near Etosha National Park, the Hoanib Skeleton coast camp and the Wilderness Little Kulala lodge near the Sossusvlei dunes. These three locations provided visual evidence of the amazing adaptation of wild animals and plants alike to an increasingly harsh terrain as I moved from the semi-arid savanna of Ongava, through the rocky desert of the Hoanib valley , ending at the unique Mars-like landscape of Sossusvlei. An incredible journey in which, thanks to expert and knowledgeable guides, I closely observed all sort of big and small creatures in their natural habitats, in addition to learning about the geological history of this ancient place. It could not have been a better choice of itinerary for me to discover the harsh unique beauty of an Africa that I didn't know existed. Furthermore, I was very much impressed by the high quality of the accommodations throughout the trip and the seamless logistics operating behind it. Last but not least for a solo traveler like me, the staff of Bellingham Safaris followed my journey on a daily basis through a group chat, providing additional commentary to my experience ( particularly with regard to the conservation efforts associated with ecotourism) as well as traveling support when needed. Bottom line: a magic trip in a magic land.

Having just returned from yet another fabulous adventure provided by Simon and his team at Bellingham Safaris, I can only say that each journey is a stunning gem in the crown of Africa! Zambia was teeming with wildlife. Each of the camps' locations in Livingstone, Lower Zambezi and South Luangwa National Parks and the Busanga Plains offered varying species, with hippos & crocs, elephants, leopards, lions, not to mention the vast herds of antelope speices and birds of all colors, shapes and sizes. There were magnificent photo ops at every turn. The people of Zambia were warm, welcoming and delightful company, making every part of our journey a memorable experience. Kudos to the Bellingham Safari team for making Zambia shine!

We have been travelling with Bellingham Safaris since their inception and the efficiency and dedication to detail never fails to impress. This trip tested Shelly with 5 of us staying together for 8 nights, then two going one way for 4 nights, two another way for 4 nights and one another way staying on longer, with 4 of us flying back to the UK on the same flight. Everything worked so well, you are given a WhatsApp group to ask anything at any time and any queries we did have were dealt with immediately, and I mean immediately. All transfers, flights, meet and greets were very efficiently carried out, one was missed but sorted within 5 minutes of a message to the team which was very impressive. No other issues the whole trip, the lodges recommended Ngala and Kirkmans Camp in the Kruger and Tswalu in the Kalahari were excellent. Wildlife sightings very good with over 1700 photos to go through, we even managed to see a Pangolin ( it did have a tracker at Tswalu but still took some finding). With Bellingham Safaris all you have to do is book your international flights, we have booked two trips for 2025 already and are planning 2026. You need to book early with the lodge partners they use as they are mostly small and all eco friendly so get booked up quickly. We can't thank the team enough for more life experiences.

Bellingham Safaris (Simon and Jen) provided a great service in setting up our Principe trip and giving us sound advice on what activities to include with the hotel package. This was the second time we have stayed in this apartment. Minutes from the Metro. Stunningly great view on beautiful street filled with cafe's, markets, and bakeries. People are very easy to work with and respond quickly to any questions that come up. They arranged a driver to pick us up from train and he made sure we were settled in the space before leaving.

C’est une maison où il fait bon vivre en famille ou entres amis. Nous planifions déjà de revenir y séjourner. Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle en famille dans cette magnifique villa Shems, accueillis chaleureusement par Marie-France et Patrick dans un domaine de grand standing. La villa est spacieuse, pleine de charme et décorée avec goût, alliant style berbère, moderne et touches africaines. Les multiples terrasses, le jardin et la grande piscine, où nous avons passé la majeure partie de notre temps à nous détendre, ajoutent au plaisir du séjour. Une bibliothèque et des jeux de société sont également disponibles pour les amateurs de lecture et de jeux… Amina et Nordine, ont ete aux petits soins, tandis que Hassan, le gardien et jardinier toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins, même à laver notre voiture. Marie-France et Patrick sont des hôtes remarquables, très professionnels et attentifs. Leur réactivité et leur disponibilité ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour relaxant et agréable. Malgré la distance de 35 minutes environ de Marrakech centre cet endroit est vivement recommandé pour la qualité de la villa et l'excellence de l'accueil. Nous envisageons déjà de revenir pour renouveler cette belle expérience.

Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoile, Sybille nous a loué une maison au Maroc avec mon groupe d'amis. Les femmes, je précise qui sont françaises et avaient leur passeport FRANCAIS sur elles, ont été agressé par le majordome et viré de la maison. Nous avons été choqué. Même Sybille pensait que le majordome était "sous drogue" mais n'a rien fait pour arranger la situation. Elle nous avait promis un changement de maison, mais elle n'a pas tenu parole. Faites attention !

Pour la troisième fois nous louons une villa à Marrakech par l’intermédiaire de Feel Luxury et surtout avec l’aide précieuse de Sybille CABALÉ. I dealt with this company in October of last year, where they quoted for my bathroom refurb due in just a few weeks time. Wanted a few revisions so emailed them those who gave the quote.. no answer.. Emailed their main email address only to be told that the they had decided to leave the domestic market and some flimsy apology for the inconvenience. Ok, so where was the communication to customers whose jobs had been quoted for and booked in and who had made plans for works to be completed in just a few weeks time?? I can't rate this company highly enough, they done an absolutely fantastic job on my bathroom. The workmanship was brilliant, always clean and tidy at the end of the day. The bathroom fitter/engineer along with his apprentice were very polite and accommodating to my requirements, and always happy to advise on the best way to proceed when I wanted certain aspects changed in my bathroom. The office staff were very friendly and again always happy too help and even called me half way through the job to see if I was happy with the way the job was proceeding. Highly recommend to anyone.

Davidsons renovated a bathroom for us, installing a new shower. The site inspection was quickly arranged and the quote was a fair price. The work itself was carried out swiftly, efficiently and very tidily by Adrian who was plainly a very experienced plumber and bathroom installer. Very satisfied indeed.

I discovered Davidsons by chance as they were the only company of several that I telephoned that bothered to reply to my telephone messages. I have wanted Botox for years but kept putting it off. I wish I’d done it sooner. I’m so pleased with the natural result and plumpness of my forehead since it’s been done. Pujaa was so professional and made me feel at ease. Will be having it done again for sure.

Finding Unndoo was the best thing ever! Working from home due to Covid has meant I have no time for treatments, so being able to get it done at home was the best thing ever!! I had it during my lunch break and it was so great I didn't even have to leave the house. Reena was so lovely, so professional and took so much care with the treatment. She spent time working out exactly what I wanted and really discussed all the options. All Covid precautions were carried out and I felt in safe hands. A week after my treatment, I am so pleased with the results. I absolutely hated my frown line and now I can barely notice it. I feel like I aged so much after this stressful last year and I feel like having Botox has taken this all away. I am so happy with the service and I will be booking again soon for more treatments. I previously used the clinic in 2023 and their communications and services were good. In June 2024, I received a promotional email with a deal on their Hydrofacial packages. I responded via email with interest. I have all email receipts of the communications where I was bombarded and pestered with follow up emails to pay imminently for the treatment. I paid and as soon as I made the BACS transfer their communication seized. With very little explanation and over the past few months I have been chasing up to book my appointment. In early September I had booked an appointment, which was on 7 September. I emailed during the week on Tuesday 3 September to reschedule my appointment. I kept following up on the 5th September, still no response. I finally got through via phone on the 6th September where I spoke to someone to explain the situation. They promised me they would get back to me within an hour with alternative dates to reschedule. This never happened, so I followed up via email on the 6th. Again zero communication or response from the clinic. On the Saturday 7th September I received an automated email saying that I missed the appointment. Despite my confirmation over the phone from the team that this was going to be rescheduled. It was extremely unprofessional, and I responded to the thread to follow up and explain the situation. I persisted, called up and got through on the 10th September with Anne, over the phone. Anne mentioned that I missed the appointment where I explained the situation that I have been emailing and calling up. Anne's excuse was that they don't receive emails on the weekend (actually even the emails I send during the week were not been responded to, so I do not rate this as an excuse). The other excuse was that Anne has been unwell, which I sympathize with, and that the team are only 3 people and they have 1500/1600 clients. Unfortunately, they missed the ball on multiple occasions via my email and telephone communications. Telling your client that you have that many clients should not be an excuse. It was very disheartening to hear, and an apology was not formally sent other than the promise that the treatments monies would be refunded to me. This would take up to '5 working days' is what I was told. Today it is the 23 September and still no monies/refund have been received. I contacted the clinic on Friday 20 September to explain that the refund had not reached my account. The response was that Anne would check with the bank on Monday. I have emailed today and still no response or contact to and got through. Do not use this company under any circumstance as they clearly have too many clients (is basically what the owner has told me) and do not treat you with the care or service that you expect. It is really disheartening and I will not be using this company in future nor recommending. I have full receipts of everything, and will be making further complaints as this issue is still unresolved. From June/July's Ella and Anne's 5 emails to chase me up to purchase the offer, to now zero communication unless I have to keep emailing, calling up or sending messages on WhatsApp. During this process they kept sending emails regarding promotions, posting on their Instagram. This tells me that something is wrong with how they manage clients and not how you expect to be treated by an aesthetics clinic. Wanting more clients but not treating your current clients well is inexcusable. I hope money is refunded to me, but as it has been so long, I cannot count on it. At least I hope to warn any prospective clients.

Total and utter professionalism alongside gentle caring friendly service and a personal touch that is just outstanding. Today i was treated by Victoria who extols every one of these virtues and more. Great value, great service, great results, great people.

Amazing salon, very clean, super knowledgeable & experienced staff. Highly recommended wouldn’t go anywhere else! Laser has changed my life I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s thinking of doing it. I used to wish “if I won the lottery” for this sort of treatment but it’s totally affordable.

When I arrived for my first facial, I was greeted by Ebony, the lady that was going to do my Facial. I can not tell you how at ease she made me feel. She made me feel so welcome and relaxed.
