I ordered Jim Herlihy's book on The RIC and it arrived prompt with a lovely bar of milk chocolate. There was a special offer if ordered before a certain date, but I missed that date due to the recent storm. But Four Courts Press recognised that and refunded me Euro15 without any prompting..a lovely gesture from Anthony.

It is a very handy referral book for genealogy in particular and great if you have had a member of your family in this organisation. I received an email from Anthony Tierney of Fourcourtspress before Christmas apologising for a delay in producing the book. It needed to be scanned outside of Ireland to achieve a top quality finished book as it was being reproduced from an older book. It is obvious that Fourcourtspress have extremely high standards. This process was going to cost more however unlike most businesses Fourcourtspress were not going to pass on this extra cost to it's customers. What fantastic customer service - You would not find a more honest and customer focused company anywhere. It seemed impossible to come by a 4 Courts publication by contacting many regional as well as national booksellers. So I 'phoned 4 Courts and was treated to a very friendly encounter and, within a day or two, the book I wanted was in my hands. What's more I did not end up paying more than I would have if I had found the book in any bookshop. Surely the various booksellers who said "No can do" could have done the same.

Montrose were called out by my Insurance company following storm damage caused by a falling tree recently. Office staff were professional and phoned me back concerning my availability. After the crew left there was not even any chain saw dust or the odd twig left in the garden or outside my property where their truck was. Very impressive.

Montrose knew what they were doing and were helpful form the off. I didn't know the trees I wanted taken down had Tree Protection Orders, Montrose checked that and negotiated with the local council to get them cut back at least. They looked after the bureaucracy and I got more light in the garden. Very efficient and professional during the cut. Took all the offcuts away and left my drive clean. Great job.

The response times are quick from the customer service team, but I feel very let down by the fact that the activities were almost a two-hour round trip from where we were staying. I had to cancel my booking and lose the £30 deposit even though I had made it clear prior to booking I had time constraints and that I was looking for activities in Cardiff. The location is not given until the booking has been made, so it was only then I found out they were in Bristol.

Coming off of the back of an injury, I began working with Valentina to help pinpoint my areas of pain and suffering with rehab methods and movements. Which then allowed to regain confidence in my body and its ability. I am now able to use my body to do things that I couldn’t before without her help.

I have really enjoyed getting back into more regular fitness, and doing some new things particularly in regards strength training. Valentina has made this a flexible and achievable programme, meaning no one has to miss out! Her individual approach, combined with extensive knowledge and experience make her a 5 star personal trainer - highly recommend!!

I took part in a 6 week remote fitness course run by Valentina as part of a group of a dozen or so individuals. She is inspiring and very encouraging and understands what part of our journey towards fitness each person is at and paints an achievable step by step path to each person’s next level. She posts videos of all the exercises and they are excellent. Each member of the group has a tailored set of workouts which are readily tweaked to suit individual needs. I suffer from painful shoulders and Valentina observed me on a one to one Zoom call and as a result amended certain exercises to take this into account. She is very proactive at maximising daily fluid intake by posting daily reminders in the early stages of the 6 week course and it works! Also nutritional advice concentrated on increasing protein giving simple logical explanations as to why this is essential when working out. Sensible pragmatic approach of how to incorporate protein shakes and supplements to form part of the increased protein intake necessary to build muscle but giving advice on protein rich food which is the preferred mode of protein intake. Useful simple quick recipes were shared. Weekly group Zoom calls encouraged a team feel to the group and we all encouraged each other and celebrated achievements. Technique of certain exercises such as lunges or planks were demonstrated and we did some too during the meetings. Valentina also shared days when she strayed from the expected diet and encouraged us to aim for 5 good days a week which was a relief! Having said all that what was the outcome after only 6 weeks? Well I lost some weight 2-3 kg but main thing is I changed shape and look more toned and can see glimmer of abs appearing! My core is now present and ready for the next stage of my fitness journey! And what’s more it has been fun if challenging at times! And did not set a foot in any gym which made this very time efficient for me. And it is helping my main sport of running which is why I wanted to do some strength training! I recommend this company very highly and Valentina in particular as a very friendly effective holistic knowledgeable and approachable responsive motivating personal trainer.

Working with Valentina has been a fantastic experience for me. It’s the first time I’ve lifted weights and Valentina made sure I had all the support to move correctly. So this short cut got me under Acedemic investigation. When I reached out to Nick I never received a reply. No back up plan no help just out here probably getting kicked out of school. Do yourself a favor and just do it yourself.

I find this company a brilliant way to trade Gold . I have used them on and off since they were first formed.The reason for my on and off use is at the beginning there was a promise of Master Card to be able to spend your Gold which seems that is no longer the case which a pity because with that function this system would be unbeatable and for me personally ALL my Gold holdings would be with Goldex

Goldex is a great app and a good company to do business with. There is only one reason that I stopped using them. I was being charged about £3.50 per month for vaulting fees. This far outweighed the amount of gold that I had deposited with them.

Goldex is a really easy way to invest in gold. You can buy whenever you want to (when you have a bit of spare cash to invest), and for whatever amounts you want, large or small. The other benefit is that you don't have to worry about keeping physical gold at home, it's all done for you in secure vaults. The app is easy to use, and the support team are brilliant - really responsive and helpful.

Brilliant service

My second car to go through the custom creations process and very much the same service as with my previous car years ago. A sensible plan of attack for the best result without busting the bank. As before dropped off on time and kept up to date with video messages and pictures of progress and challenges throughout. And of course finished when it was said it would be and a night and day difference/improvement in the overall appearance of the car. Friendly and professional as always and as before, very happy with the transformation and after care.

I can’t recommend Custom Creations enough! After collecting my brand new car and being told by the dealer that it had been washed at a hand car wash prior to handover, to say i was disappointed with how much of a mess the paintwork was is an understatement! It was swirled, scratched and coated in so much wax that my car felt sticky to touch and looked matte black. This included my wheels which were also matte black and should have been gloss. I took it to be assessed 2 days after handover of the car and was booked in to have the 3 year ceramic coating applied as well as paint correction 3 weeks later. The car I collected from Custom Creations looked better than any new car I’ve ever had! The paintwork is flawless and the shine is to a mirror finish. The updates from Andy whilst my car was with them was a lovely touch as well. My car will be maintenance washed by Andy and the team also to maintain its current condition. Anyone thinking about booking their car in, do it because you won’t regret it!

Andy did another car for me last week. Went the extra mile with bits I hadn't noticed and did the usual lovely job with film, ceramic and products. I especially like the ceramic on the wheels making cleaning them a doddle.

Super easy process for me. I was introduced to them back when Shoppers Drug Mart was into medical cannabis. I renewed again recently it's so convenient to do over the phone or computer. No cost to use services outside of OHIP. So happy I don't need to see anyone in person to waste more time travelling and waiting like in the past. Very recommended and will continue to use them in the future.

I had some issues at the pharmacy because my doctor had passed away and the pharmacy would not honor my percription when I called back to Hellomd Trisha was so helpful and went above and beyond to fix the issue. GREAT JOB TRISHA thanks for making my problem so important and resolving the issue so quick !!!!!

Waited a while for the practioner to call, so I reached out to customer service. They told me there no able to get ahold of the practiioner and just refund me the money. Was a waste of my time and set back alot of th8ngs for me.

Poor quality of doctors. The doctor told me she wouldn’t give me anything because I am 19 even though I purchase my own for pain management and wanted to see a doctor for more precise pain management. Before she even heard about why I need it she told me no. I wasn’t treated kindly or respectfully. I felt looked down on. Not the experience you want from a doctor who’s one of your last resorts for pain management. Find a different doctor. Did not seem like a welcoming environment nor one that have patient care as a top priority.

This is a word of warning. If you have an iPhone go to settings, passwords and review security recommendations. My phone shows that my password was revealed in a data leak. I was told that their IT group was unaware of it and told they did not have an app—no idea why that is relevant. Hopefully, you are not part of what I understand was a leak.

All these good reviews must have been when they were not scamming people! It has been literally one month since I paid $50 to get a medical cannabis card I have tried every way in my power to get in touch with them and I cannot I even tried calling them and they texted me back saying can I call you again later never got a callback I’ll tell you that! They owe me $50 because I never got anything they promised! I never got a doctor that called me, never get my card, and essentially I lost $50 before I went on my vacation to California because these people scammed me!!! Do not use HAPPYMD

I was a bit reluctant in the beginning as I never tried a digital tailor before. These concerns disappeared immediately after I purchased my first shirt. The quality of the fabrics is just fantastic, really what you expect from any top dollar brand for which you would however pay 3x the price of these. On top, customer service from purchase to delivery was great and I did not have an issue at all. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
