Ineta is a fantastic dog trainer. She really has a way with the dogs and they respond well with her. Just completed the first round of bronze classes and will definitely sign up for more. Can’t recommend Top Dog Training school high enough, our dog and us have definitely gained confidence and have learnt a lot (even my husband!).

I have paid decent amounts to attend forex training sessions where what I was taught led to several losing trades. So, I got very weary of training providers. I have been learning free of charge from Top Dog Training's FREE materials for just two days now and I am already serious about funding my life account so I could start recovering the losses of the past. Ineta can help you with any problem you may be having with your dog. She obviously loves her job and the dogs, it is also obvious how much they love her. Ineta helped us with our puppy and is now helping my niece with hers. I can't think of a better person to help both you and your dog. Ineta explains things so you have lightbulb moments, it all makes sense! I recommend Top Dog Training School 100 per cent.

Ineta is just brilliant! Our rottweiler boycie has been to all levels of the classes. Ineta recognised in the puppy class that he was already doing and knew the commands she was teaching so put us up a class after the first lesson. She could have easily kept us in the puppy class and earnt more from us but she didn't. She is 100% in this job for the dogs not the money and this certainly proved that to us. She has had boycie to stay and he loved it. Even after a year of him completing the classes she is still at the end of the phone for any advice or training issues. I have recommended her to customers, friends and family and they have all loved her and found the training great for them. If you are looking for training or boarding look no further!

Our little boy Arlo has done both training classes and daycare with Ineta a time top dog and you simply can’t fault her! Her love for our babies is undeniable - my boy gets so excited when he sees her! Her training classes are brilliant - so informative and well run in a wonderful atmosphere. She has so much knowledge and teaches in a way that’s easy to maintain once you leave class as she helps you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing too! She’s always happy to help with extra issues and is always friendly and welcoming! Her daycare service is fantastic too. Arlo is a mini dachshund so really tiny in comparison to a lot of the other pooches she has which can often be a worry but with Ineta it isn’t! She keeps a close eye on all the dogs and takes them on wonderful walks where they can run and play in a safe and fun environment. They have plenty of space to rest and relax after and arlo always comes home a little bit sad to have left Ineta and his doggy friends! Would highly recommend Ineta and top dog training school!

Just excellent I cannot praise Ineta enough. Her classes are fun, informative and her doggie knowledge is vast. My dog has also boarded with her. He was looked after with care, attention and huge love. He loves Ineta and recognises her voice on social media. I recommend the training classes and the home boarding and would not consider sending Hugo anywhere else.

Top dog training school and home boarding has been a god send from the minute i found them , they helped and gave me and my family advice from the minute i got my puppy Rottweiler zampa we went to there training school from puppy right up to gold training and it was so worth while such a friendly wellcome and also have used there boarding twice now , and will be a third time in june this year picture updates all while were away to see they care and love my puppy as much as we do is soo nice and comforting while were away is soo lovely definitely recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a training school and home boarding you cant go wrong thank you so much top dog training school and home boarding for everything xxxxx shannon zampa and family xxxxxx

Our willow loves going to top dog training school, she’s been going since she was 14 weeks old and she’s now 10 months, within that space of time she’s learnt so many new commands. She loves going to her class every Sunday, it’s the highlight of her week. Willow is definitely a little diva and doesn’t always choose to listen but Ineta always knows how to help us out. Ineta is also so kind and genuine and always makes training fun. We can’t wait to get willow started again for the new year! Thankyou TDTS! 🐾🐶💗

Amazing! As the proud owner of a large and mischievous Great Dane / Mastiff puppy I can definitely recommend top dog. With help, guidance and patience from Ineta we passed puppy primary school. You simply won't get a better holiday booking experience than with Wayne at Pure Joy Escapes. From the very moment we walked into the shop we were welcomed. Wayne spent a lot of time with us to make sure our holiday was personalised to our needs. I'd previously been into 2 well known national companies who didn't really show they cared. The icing on the cake was that we got a holiday that was cheaper than the other 2 had quoted, with a better standard of hotel room and board basis. There really aren't enough superlatives to describe the service we received and experience we had thanks to Wayne. We found him by accident walking past his lovely shop and what a stroke of luck! We will be booking all future holidays with him now. When I rang him after our holiday to thank him for everything he even remembered to ask me about something I mentioned to him (totally unrelated to the holiday) months ago - it really makes you feel valued as a customer. The icing on the cake was that he arranged a couple of things in the background that we didn't know about and they made the holiday even more special! Thank you Wayne - we really can't thank you enough and I still haven't found an emphatic enough superlative to sum up how great the service is!

I have since booked yet more holidays with Wayne Beard at Pure Joy Escapes and he (tailor-made) for me, some absolutely fantastic deals, based upon what I was hoping to achieve, complete with all the trimmings. One of the holidays is a fantastic USA holiday for four of us and the other two are fabulous 4 day city breaks, complete with ALL of the details needed at truly great prices. Then, out of interest, I did a price comparison with a well known national travel agent for the USA holiday I have already booked with Wayne. I explained what I intended to achieve for my dream holiday for four of us, along with all Wayne had already arranged for us, and they said that "If they could do it that way, (which they didn't think they could) it would be (well over twice) the price" (of what was already arranged by Wayne!) His expertise and experience of many years in his trade clearly means savings for customers, like us, and if a potential (huge) saving can be had by others, too, I'm putting it forward that through Wayne we might all be able to have a Pure Joy Escape, even if the cost of living is extremely tight these days!

Found pure joy escapes by chance, but what a Fabulous find as soon as we entered we felt like royalty. We were greeted by a charming man who invited us in, told us his name & we started talking about previous cruises that we had been on & that we wanted some advice about MSC cruise line. We were offered coffee, cupcakes & biscuits a lovely touch & Wayne sat down with us & explained everything we wanted to know, his manners were impeccable, his personality very charming & his knowledge was outstanding!!!!! Wayne explained that he had been in the travel industry for a long time & finally got the chance to open his own travel shop which was delightful, clean fresh & very inviting. Only I know how difficult this latest House Clearance was a couple of days ago - a (very) old and small house, a huge double bed on the top floor, a narrow Ancient staircase to negotiate - these guys did it successfully, uncomplaining and wouldn't accept my proferred tip on top of the price already quoted. Great value cold plunge. I upgraded from an inflatable bucket that was costing me £10 a time in ice. The tub stays a constant 4 degrees, I use the chill tabs to keep it clean, use the plunge 4 or so times a week and change the water maybe once a month. Very pleased with it.

I bought the colour-in place mat for a 6yr old and she absolutely loved it. With the useful carry bag, it came everywhere with us, inc lunch at Pizza Express! It kept her happy the whole time. I enjoyed colouring it in with her too. It is now finished but the only problem is that she doesn't want it to be washed! We are trying to convince her that she can then start again. Two names, Bonono & Raymond. The flight to my camp was good with a friendly pilot putting me at ease. But then my transfer to my hotel didn't show up. Bonono & Raymond took it upon themselves to get me transfered and put me at ease. Not for one minute did she not smile ensuring me she's got me sorted. I have never come across such professionalism in one company all around. Well done Helicopter Horizons.

This was a wonderful trip which exceeded our expectations in almost all respects. We visited a wide variety of different habitats, enabling us to see huge numbers of birds, not just some 200 species (I haven't counted yet), but also enormous numbers of many of them. A few real rarities, which didn't particularly excite us but would be much appreciated by enthusiasts. The other wildlife was great too, and we were lucky enough to see lions on every one of our 5 safaris in the Gir Forest - some 15 in all, including cubs of various ages and a pair mating. We liked the way the trip was organised, giving us plenty of time and several safaris in each location, so we could really watch and study the wildlife rather than just seeing it and moving on. An interesting day in Bhuj, seeing the local craftspeople making wonderful fabrics of different kinds. The naturalist guide, Dhaval, was excellent. Really knowledgeable (not often we get a guide with a PhD!) but also very friendly and helpful and went well beyond the call of duty to give us extra outings when there was time to spare. The vehicle was amazing, we've never had such a comfortable van anywhere in the world. Like flying business class. Accommodation ranged from perfectly acceptable to somewhat over-the-top luxury, which we rather enjoyed though we probably wouldn't have chosen it.

This was an amazing once in a lefetime safari. The people were welcoming; the locations were perfect; knowledge of masai mara tribe was incredidble. Food was amazing. Thank you to Porini for everything.

From start to finish my Kenyan safari was organised perfectly by Tracks. Information about travel details and accommodation was very clear and the trip went like clockwork. I was even sent a paperback book about Kenya which was a nice surprise. I had a wonderful time and I would definitely use this company again.

I have used TracksSafaris for 3 safaris to Botswana and South Africa over the last decade. Always very reliable and thorough with excellent safari recommendations. Prompt and responsive. Very detailed itineraries and willing to modify hotels/tours. Payment is by Wise, but it works fine once you get the hang of it. This trip was last minute (within a month) during Christmas holidays. We wanted a malaria-free destination with off-road possibilities. On short notice, Sue recommended Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa along the Botswana border. An excellent choice with smooth transfers. Sue always delivers!

Sue put together an incredible trip. Our driver/guide Zack was extraordinary, the itinerary could not have been better, and the accommodation was fantastic. And I loved the pace of the trip. All our hotel stays were at least 2 or 3 nights which meant we weren't constantly packing and unpacking and on the move. The wildlife viewing was extraordinary....lions, leopards and cheetahs in trees, the Big Five and just about all other wildlife we could imagine, and most special and amazing of all, The Great Migration.

We visited Botswana for 9 days over New Year (2024/25). This is now the third trip to Africa under the guidance of Sue Praeter. Our trip was excellent in several ways. Firstly Sue started (as previously) with "What do you want to see?". She organised for us to visit three different habitats/landscapes with correspondingly varied wildlife. The standard of the camps was superb. The internal flights with little planes (or helicopters) were extremely efficient. Transfers between camps occurred during the middle of the day and did not impact on game drives in the morning or afternoon of each day. Helpful advice prior to departure and thoughtful follow-up call afterwards. Brilliant. All in all, excellent all round. I would thoroughly recommend Tracks.

Sue’s input and responsiveness really made our “once-in-a-lifetime” family safari during Christmas week 2024. We had a superb visit in terms of the excellence of the location (Madikwe,SA), lodge (Tau Game lodge), food, staff and safari guide. Amazing wildlife sightings. Unforgettable for all of us. A wonderful varied trip with a mix of lodges (Nkwali, Luangwa River, Baines) but also canoeing with 3 nights camping along the Zambezi river. We had some great wildlife sightings in all locations including plenty of Leopards. Sue's suggestions were ideal. As we were right at the end of the season some lodges had no other guests for several nights and we had safari jeeps to ourselves. Sue was very responsive at all times and we wouldn't hesitate to use Tracks Safaris again.

My accommodations were exceptional, combining luxury with the authentic feel of the African wilderness. Each lodge and tented camp offered stunning views, top-notch amenities, and warm, welcoming staff who catered to my every need. Sue's itinerary was perfectly balanced, allowing ample time for game drives, cultural experiences, and relaxation. After an exhilarating week in Kenya, I flew to Zanzibar for a completely different but equally enchanting experience. Sue had arranged for me to stay in a beachfront resort that was the epitome of paradise. Pristine white sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and luxurious accommodations made for a perfect retreat. Throughout the trip, Sue's dedication to customer satisfaction was unwavering. She was always available to address any concerns and made sure every aspect of my journey was flawless.
