I had sourced a very specific model car by Bburago for my daughter from a different site, a site which let me down at the absolute last minute by telling me the item I had ordered and paid for a week before was actually out of stock. Didn’t think I’d find another this close to Christmas but I found one on minimodelshop.com, ordered it Thursday evening and I had it in my hands by today (Saturday) afternoon. I had a very minor issue with the ordering process (entirely my fault) and the team responded to my email straightway and put my mind at rest. Don't think of going elsewhere for tyres nor alignment. It's worth travelling (within reason) as this caerwys branch is so handy right on a quiet exit off the A55. This is a well managed depot with someone actually in charge. As long as the staff remains as is, the minimum standard of service exceeds many others' maximum. I get the feeling my custom is valued.

Good tyres fitted

Absolute gem, I nipped in this morning to book in for two new rear tyres for Saturday. The helpful staff said that they had some in stock and that they would be able to fit them right away. After the fitter inspected the tyres he said that I would actually only need one rear tyre as there was a fair bit of tread left on the other one. So not just grabbing my money at the opportunity and giving great customer service instead. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will 100% be getting my tyres from D M H tyres again!

Last Autumn I went fibre but unfortunately my broadband supplier dropped my phone service! I did a bit of searching for a VOIP alternative and, as it turned out, I decided to give Phonely a try. I started with the most basic system, my very old analogue phone and the Yeolink adaptor, I had a few minor problems with this and contacted support what a delight this was. They responded to my email the same day with advice and were vert friendly and patient on the phone. After a couple pf months I bought a VOIP benefit of the system. This is the best customer service I have ever had! Thanks to Zoe, Katie, Laura and George (Who got the whole job sorted by telling me to unplug the base station, count to 30 then fire it up again!) Great thanks to Jason and Paul at Lore for creating a trip of a lifetime across England Scotland and Ireland for us. We were a group of 8 people and had a fair amount of different activities but Paul and Jason and Lore were amazing how they listening to our diverse needs and created a completely unique itinerary to include everyone’s needs. We visited so many places on our trip such as London, Bath, York, Edinburgh, the Highlands of Inverness, Glencoe and Isle of Skye, Belfast, Galway, Cliffs of Moher, Kerry, Cork and finally Dublin in an action packed 14 days! The highlights of our trip were trekking in Glencoe Scotland and Mayo Ireland at Mweelrea. We were blessed that while it was cold in February the sun was shining, the landscapes were so beautiful, and great guides and local pubs too! We can’t wait to get back! Gillian

I want to say a big thank you to our guide/drivers for our wonderful experience traveling through the highlands of Scotland. We were efficiently met at Edinburgh airport and transported by our driver to Bonham Hotel. He made sure we had his WhatsApp number in case we needed anything during our travels. After seeing the sights of Edinburgh, we set off with our driver/guide -Simon- on a venture that included Oban, Lock Ness and Inverness before returning to Edinburgh. The trip was well paced with ample time at each location. The driver was competent and professional and the vehicle comfortable and clean. September 2023 England, Scotland and Wales Thanks to Paul and Jason at Lore making a great adventure for our family across England, Wales and Scotland. We really enjoyed the day tours along the way which were all of a high quality and really unique. Not the usual tourist trap activities. We had a private driver for a lot of the trip too and he was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We would just have loved more days to explore these great destinations.

Myself and my wife did a trip to England and Scotland with Lore. It was all 100% from the planning to delivery. Paul was great to get in touch with and always there to answer our questions and include some special requests for us allong the way, on our anniversary trip. We did some group tours too and they were great fun with really nice people and insightful and friendly guides. Hotels were all excellent! I previously used the clinic in 2023 and their communications and services were good. In June 2024, I received a promotional email with a deal on their Hydrofacial packages. I responded via email with interest. I have all email receipts of the communications where I was bombarded and pestered with follow up emails to pay imminently for the treatment. I paid and as soon as I made the BACS transfer their communication seized. With very little explanation and over the past few months I have been chasing up to book my appointment. In early September I had booked an appointment, which was on 7 September. I emailed during the week on Tuesday 3 September to reschedule my appointment. I kept following up on the 5th September, still no response. I finally got through via phone on the 6th September where I spoke to someone to explain the situation. They promised me they would get back to me within an hour with alternative dates to reschedule. This never happened, so I followed up via email on the 6th. Again zero communication or response from the clinic. On the Saturday 7th September I received an automated email saying that I missed the appointment. Despite my confirmation over the phone from the team that this was going to be rescheduled. It was extremely unprofessional, and I responded to the thread to follow up and explain the situation. I persisted, called up and got through on the 10th September with Anne, over the phone. Anne mentioned that I missed the appointment where I explained the situation that I have been emailing and calling up. Anne's excuse was that they don't receive emails on the weekend (actually even the emails I send during the week were not been responded to, so I do not rate this as an excuse). The other excuse was that Anne has been unwell, which I sympathize with, and that the team are only 3 people and they have 1500/1600 clients. Unfortunately, they missed the ball on multiple occasions via my email and telephone communications. Telling your client that you have that many clients should not be an excuse. It was very disheartening to hear, and an apology was not formally sent other than the promise that the treatments monies would be refunded to me. This would take up to '5 working days' is what I was told. Today it is the 23 September and still no monies/refund have been received. I contacted the clinic on Friday 20 September to explain that the refund had not reached my account. The response was that Anne would check with the bank on Monday. I have emailed today and still no response or contact to and got through. Do not use this company under any circumstance as they clearly have too many clients (is basically what the owner has told me) and do not treat you with the care or service that you expect. It is really disheartening and I will not be using this company in future nor recommending. I have full receipts of everything, and will be making further complaints as this issue is still unresolved. From June/July's Ella and Anne's 5 emails to chase me up to purchase the offer, to now zero communication unless I have to keep emailing, calling up or sending messages on WhatsApp. During this process they kept sending emails regarding promotions, posting on their Instagram. This tells me that something is wrong with how they manage clients and not how you expect to be treated by an aesthetics clinic. Wanting more clients but not treating your current clients well is inexcusable. I hope money is refunded to me, but as it has been so long, I cannot count on it. At least I hope to warn any prospective clients.
