If there was a zero stars option it would be chosen! I ordered the 24 hour passport option and was told a representative would call back but it was July 4th and they was closed. I called on 4/5 and was told no slots available for that service so i requested a refund. Came back from vacation and checked on refund via phone since none of my emails was responded to. Was told a refund request would be put in again. Called to check on it a week later and was told my card company wouldn’t except the refund hmmm and that I needed to file a dispute with my bank. I didn’t understand why but i did it as soon as i got off the phone. I explained everything to my bank and they had to do an investigation one month later my bank says you made the transaction. I said i know i did but that this company came back and said i didn’t cancel within 24 hours which was a lie! I was told i was eligible for a refund repeatedly until I call back again and was told I am now not eligible because I did a dispute against their company and made them look bad.WHAT? You told me to do the dispute. Then I spoke with Roddy whom stated stop calling because I’m not getting a refund and nothing is going to change. She was there when Sherris was talking to me previously and she stated you did a dispute and are not eligible because you really made our company look bad. The audacity of these “supervisors”. Also you have to put a request to even have a supervisor call you back which is absurd. Please be careful with this company it is an absolute nightmare dealing with people who gave disgusting attitudes. Also was told by Sherris that she reviewed the original phone conversation which was a lie because I told her if you are listening to it then you can hear your representative telling me to do the “charge back” and me telling her are you sure. She gave me attitude and stated I started a chargeback before I even requested a refund (NOT TRUE) I also offered to get all my dates and records from my card company to send them as proof but they didn’t want yo hear it. What a SCAM!

This company works with an online portal. I had to upload and submit pictures of documents I prepared for my daughters' passport renewal. This portal helps the company see and make sure I filled everything out correctly. When I uploaded and submitted documents and subsequent revisions I didn't get a response back (for days!) which was frustrating. But then I learned: YOU HAVE TO NOTIFY YOUR CASE MANAGER EVERY TIME YOU UPLOAD DOCUMENTS AND REVISIONS. Do NOT wait for them to check your portal progress. Once I understood this, everything was done in a peep! I received my daughter's passport before the date I had anticipated. Success!

I really appreciated the work of Joel. R and staff. He kept in touch and walked me through the process. They received my documents on Thursday and I received my passport the following Thursday, for my cruise which was 2 days later. Respect!!!

They are a real company ( not accredited with BBB but a real company ) and can provide the services. It appears they have excellent case managers and poor case managers. Kevon G is a poor (not horrible) case manager so if you get him request another, ( Artificial intelligence would have been better, lol!). We did get the passport in time.

Expedited Visas and Passports helped make my international family trip happen! After a last minute realization that my passport had my maiden name on it, but flight tickets were booked in my married name, I reached out to have my passport updated and expedited. I reached out to them mid-day Monday, sent all my documents/paperwork in Monday late afternoon and by Saturday morning had my passport in hand, just in time for our international flight. Adria was so helpful and was truly a gem - she guided me through the whole process and answered dozens of questions I had while I was gathering my documents. She went above and beyond in helping me get my documents shipped off in time, despite our time difference (me being on the west coast versus the business operating on the east coast). I received notification and tracking information Friday for my shipped passport, such relief! I am so grateful for this company, they made my international family trip happen! I would highly recommend!

WORST SERVICE EVER and THEY KEPT 3/4's OF THE FEE AND THE SHIPPING FEE THAT I PAID BUT I COULDN'T USE BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT EMAIL THE SHIPPING LABEL... I emailed the completed forms and repeatedly received requests to revise a form/forms; always after 2 pm with no responses after 5 pm or on weekends. I submitted the final form Sunday afternoon and was told that once they received the final revision they would email the FedEx shipping label. I emailed Monday Morning requesting the FedEx label and at 2:44 pm requesting the label. My flight was late on Wednesday but no response until I received a cellphone call just before 7 pm on Monday; it was no longer possible to complete the renewal process. The day before my flight I was once again told that I had to provide revisions. This time I had to change the date of my flight and provide a different itinerary with a different date for my flight and now I had to revise the date on my passport renewal application DS-82. They refused to send the FedEx shipping label and would not respond to emails on the Monday two days before my flight until 6:44 pm when I couldn't possibly get to FedEx after the "final revision" on the Monday two days before my flight. Tuesday the day before my flight I began receiving phone calls and emails first thing in the morning. It was obvious that it was not possible to renew my passport at that time; I had to cancel my flight or loose the money for the flight. I was told that I would receive a refund; I received less than 1/4 of the money I paid.

Godbetjening hurtig levering

God kunderådgivning under handelsforløbet med hurtig svartid. Pakken blev beskadiget under transport af leveringsfirmaet, hvilket Prostole var hurtige til at kontakte mig omkring, og forberede mig på. Det endelige produkt er suverænt, og lever fuldt op til forventningerne. Alt i alt en god oplevelse.

Jeg skulle bruge en stol til hjemmekontoret og kontaktede Prostole. Her fik jeg en service ud over det forventelige. Jeg fik lov at prøve to stole på hjemmekontoret, inden jeg besluttede mig. As keen bird table watchers we were excited to see if the birds would enjoy this new and exciting dining option and they love it!!!! So easy to put together, once we decided where to fix it we left it for a few days to see if the birds would take to it but within 2 days the chaffinches and blue tits were regular visitors. The most entertaining bit has been watching a blackbird trying to master walking along the arms to reach the feeder and moving to the next arm as it rotates, eventually getting to it’s breakfast! A real delight to watch.

What a fun and great idea for the garden - the whole family love this. It comes in a compact box and was easy to install, even for a novice like me. You can do it on brick or a wooden fence. The birds took a little while to get used to it but when they did, they kept coming back and the kids (and grownups) are just fixated on watching it spin. Thank you Birdmill Company.

Once set up it took a few days for the birds to get used to it then it was non-stop. The kids love it and spend ages watching the birds feed and go round and round. Really well made and easy to put together I think we will get years of enjoyment from this. I rarely review a product. This is an exception because I want the world the know, that Pioneer Fit is a great product! I used to have a Roque belt, it hurts my ribs so bad, no matter how many times I used it (been told to break it in first), it still hurts to use it. Maybe because I am a short lady with small torso, that is why their leather belt digs on my ribs. Glad that I finally found this customize belt from Pioneer. I am excited to squat heavier!

Excellent customer support prior to making my first purchase for my first ever weightlifting belt. I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed but the ad vice was spot on. The belt arrived within a few days (USA to UK) and I’m so pleased with it. The quality is absolutely excellent and it fits perfectly. The only disappointing thing is that there’s no logo on it - I’d love to have Pioneer right across the back to show it off.

1. Had all paperwork and paid invoice by 8th Nov 24. 2. Collect Devizes and deliver to Spain not before 7th Jan. 3. Phoned 28th of Nov. We have a vehicle in your area can we pick. I said no its too soon. 4. Phoned and asked can we pick up 19th. I confirmed yes. 5. Phoned on 19th Dec to say van broken. Promised to call back but did not. I then phoned next morning and was told pick up 2nd Jan. 6. Picked up OK. Driver great. 7. E-mail to say bike would be on 1st trip out on 13th Jan 2025. Not impressed with that timescale. 8. E-mailed again on 13th Jan, no reply. 9. Bike went via Holland to Barcelona. 10. Arrived Barcelona late 17th Jan. 11. Told delivery would be 2/3 days usually. 12. Finally told delivery would be 23rd Jan. Waited in all day, having chased got an answer at 17.30 that it would be coming next day. 13. Finally delivered. 14. I got hold of the owner of this business and Shippio. I don't think it would have got to me when it did had I not created. Giles, the owner, even said they never give a schedule, even after having paid a wedge of money. In summary, got the money, my bike and can't be bothered to let me know what's happening. Need to get the bike back when we return not using this shower.

I have used Moving Motorcycles a couple of times now and on both occasions have found them to be professional, good value, trust worthy and efficient. The drivers are real motorcycle enthusiasts who care about the safe delivery of your motorcycle. I can strongly recommend them.

We have had an excellent service from Moving Motorcycles and would highly recommend them. We were on holiday in the south of France and, for various reasons, decided to have our BMW K1300R and RnineT transported home to the UK rather than riding back up the motorways in the cold, wet weather. We called Moving Motorcycles and asked if they could pick them up 2 weeks hence and we gave a 3 day window for the pick up, returning them to us in the UK at a time to suit the Company. We also asked if they could take our helmets, tank bags and two canoe rolls. They came back to us straight away and said yes to all and we were quickly provided with a quotation which was competitive and reasonable when considering the cost of riding both bikes back home (there aren’t many other official motorcycle transporters around and we didn’t want to entrust the bikes to a 'man with a van' and no experience!). We were waiting for an update on the exact pick up date but were slightly concerned when we didn’t hear anything further from Moving Motorcycles for over a week. This caused us a slight anxiety. But when we finally spoke with someone in the office, a misunderstanding was identified. To their absolute credit, the problem was sorted out very quickly and the bikes were picked up within the timeframe that we had requested. Graham, who came to pick the bikes up, kept us informed about when he would be arriving and he was right on time. He had a lifetime of experience handling motorcycles and was warm, professional and friendly. We received detailed paperwork to support the ongoing journey of the bikes. We had told Moving Motorcycles that we were in no particular hurry for delivery so the bikes spent just under 2 weeks between pick up in France and drop off in the UK. The person (not Graham this time) who dropped the bikes back to us at our home address in the UK was very competent and friendly too. The bikes and our luggage were in perfect condition. We would definitely recommend Moving Motorcycles to anyone wanting to transport their bike/s safely and with confidence. We suggest allowing as much time as possible to make the arrangements and ensuring you have nice clear communications regarding your agreed dates (Moving Motorcycles understandably want to tie in collection or delivery with their planned routes). We were very impressed at the can-do attitude from the team and their professional approach to fulfilling the requested timelines. We will definitely use this company again.

So i booked a move to then find out it couldn't be picked up for a week... and then after that told it couldn't be delivered for two weeks. Then the van broke down but I only found out because i called them. They promised a call back .... i had to call again to find out what happened to my bike. 2 1/2 weeks after booking and i still don't know when its arriving.

I have had three motorcycles moved by Moving Motorcycles and everything was perfect, the bikes were very well looked after. It was as if the bikes were their own. This time they collected and delivered a bicycle for me and once again they did an excellent job. No need for packaging and again a very secure and safe service. Highly recommended.

i really struggled with relationships issues at work in the USA. When I complained about it on a meeting she attended, she sent wrote to me about it in an e-mail with some advice, she also encouraged me to let her know if she can help and even to refer me to a different source of help in case she is unable to help me. That wasn't my experience with another person doing the same kind of work Leah does but in the US - when I wrote to her the same thing I wrote to Leah , this American person refused to even comment on what I complained about without me paying her first for a consultation. However. she did refer me to some free help financed by the state of New York.

As someone who has been in therapy for years and worked with different therapists along the way, I can truly say that Leah is different, and that difference is exactly what I needed. At first, I was hesitant to work with her. Let’s be honest, opening up to someone new is never easy, especially when you have had past experiences with other therapists. I was a bit skeptical, but Leah connected with me in a way I didn’t expect. She brought in her own helpful experiences and life advice, which made me feel truly heard and seen. To me, that was so important because it didn’t feel like there was a wall between me and “the therapist.” I worked with Leah for a relatively short time (around three months), and in that time, I accomplished more than I thought possible. My biggest challenges were trust issues, feeling like a mom in my then-relationship (people-pleasing), and self-esteem issues. I can confidently say that my people-pleasing has gone down to the minimal. My self-esteem has improved, and I now have a better understanding of where my trust issues come from. Some topics are still a work in progress, but I am confident I can get to the point where I want to be. Her approach worked so well for me because she goes deep, challenges you (and personally, I need that little push), and offers tips and exercises that are Practical and Doable. She gives great examples that make it easier to actually apply what you are learning in your daily life.

My sessions with Leah were different to any other therapy I've had in the past. They encouraged me to take a more active role in my recovery/discovery journey, which ultimately empowered me more and gave me a stronger sense of optimism and hope about my future. Most importantly the sessions gave me tangible tools to use in everyday life and all my relationships. Felt like the cloud lifted and I could think clearly and positively again.

Leah has been helping me with my personal development for about 18 months now. It has been an amazing experience! In particular she is helping me with my sex life and my social interactions. Therapy started to feel like a waste of time and money so I decided I'd be better off without it. A year or so later I really felt like I needed some real effective help to manage my inner struggles. This time I did extensive research and came across Leah's website. Honestly with my previous experience in therapy I was a tad skeptical but when I saw that she did a "get to know you" to see if she could actually help you call, I decided to take the leap (and I'm so happy I did). Leah listened to me but she didn't always nod her head in agreement, nor did she always say reassuring words to support my delusion. Leah gave me the (sometimes) hard truth, she showed me what I needed to see in myself in order for me to grow. She gave me the tools that I needed to manage my inner struggles on my own. Because of Leah, for the first time in my life I can actually manage my struggles and some of these struggles have completely gone away. I feel balanced and much more secure in myself. My only regret is not finding her sooner! I wish I could have met Leah 10 years ago so that I wouldn't have felt like I wasted so much time. Better now than never though! Thanks Leah!!

Thanks to Leah's help/guidance, I've been able to process a lot of internalised shame about sex and BDSM that goes back to my childhood. My earliest memories are of tying myself up, imagining I was being tortured etc. for reasons I can barely comprehend now, I've spent my whole life trying to "fix" myself and hiding my kinks from everyone, including my partner of 20 years... gradually my vanilla sex life died, I just couldn't fake it any more and I sought some help. Leah helped me get OK/confident with who I was, before coming out to my partner. I realised that she didn't truly know who I was and I owed it to both of us to let her see all of me. I was prepared for the worst, but at a point where because I wasn't ashamed of it, knew that there was nothing wrong with me (just something wrong with how I'd behaved for 20 years by hiding it), that ultimately - it would be OK. As it turned out, she was completely accepting of me. I'm an idiot for not coming out sooner - inflicting 20 years of sub-par sex on the pair of us. For the first time in my life I made myself vulnerable to someone and they think I'm OK exactly as I am, in fact, they think I'm better when not carrying around guilt and self-loathing. It turns out I'm a lot more fun to be around, when I'm not expending significant mental effort on trying to change/hide a fundamental part of who I am. Become who you're meant to be, and if you can't, find someone like Leah who can guide you there!

As someone who has felt lost, depressed and unworthy, finally taking the step to get the help I needed has finally put me in the right direction and I can clearly see my path in life and have more reason than ever to get out of bed in the morning. It's a lot but worth every penny. The mini-course was especially helpful in learning to implement healthy changes in order to help with my self-growth. I still have a long way to go but so far the only annoyance I have is not doing this sooner

I came to Leah for sex therapy, but actually feel I’ve got a lot more than that from it. In the process of examining my relationship to sex, my partner and my kinks I’ve discovered that a lot of how I approach life more generally was tied into my approach and attitudes to sex and how that manifested itself in other ways. As we’ve begun to unpack all that, I’ve found myself feeling more integrated and whole. I’m generally happier, more open minded about/interested in sex, more interested in people and actually, without making any conscious effort to do it, being a lot nicer to the people around me - particularly my partner. Even my energy levels seem higher. I am only 7 sessions in, but already seeing positive changes that I feel are just going to continue to build.

Bought a mobile phone clamp for my ps4 controller but mount doesn't clip on firmly at the base of the controller underneath the ps button so the weight of my phone just makes the clip fall off. Can't use it, feels filmsy, wasted time waiting for it, overall dissatisfied. Update: After watching the YouTube I managed to get it to attach but wow the amount of force I had to use to fasten it. Felt like I was going to shatter it to pieces. Worried how I would taken it off now but least it doesn't fall off. Changed to 3 stars for reply.

Een Vattenfal vertegenwoordiger is spontaan langs geweest (2 jaar geleden) om mij om te praten om een Nerds thermostaat aan te schaffen. Die zou honderden euro's besparen. Niet goed naar het contract gekeken...De besparing die zou zitten in de app; die liet mij elke keer weten dat ik uit huis was...maar dat wist ik al. Dat is niets voor mij. Ben gaan rekenen, en de thermostaat zou einde contract meer dan 500,- kosten; veel te veel voor een thermostaat. Maar bij Nerds was geen enkel begrip of coulance....ik had getekend. Gewoon geen fijne ervaring; had ik nooit gehad als die man niet was langs geweest. En veel te veel geld kwijt, waarvan het ook niet overstroomt hier.....

heel slecht monteur thermostaat geplaats en gelijk weer weg gegaan. ketel gelijk kapot gelijk gebeld en ons in de kou laten zitten. nieuwe printplaat in de ketel gekregen en weer de oude thermostaat geplaatst. Nu meedere keren aangegeven en van mankement maar totaal geen respons. nu al twee jaar bezig om van het contract af te komen maar nog steeds zijn ze niet thuis en niet behulpzaam als je ze aan de telefoon krijgt. Oplichters zijn het !!!!
