In the same week I had a hair transplant involving 5,700 grafts and revision rhinoplasty surgery on my nose. Throughout these surgeries the staff member Simal and all the other staff members at Cosmedica provided me the highest level of care. Accomodation at a 5 star hotel was pre-arranged, shuttles from the airport to the hotel and from their hotel to their clinics was pre-arranged. Cosmedica staff taking care of all the logistics made the trip hassle free and gave me time to deal with the surgeries I undertook. Along with Simal, I would like to offer special thanks to Elif who acted as a Counsel meaning she spoke with me prior to surgery and was a very reassuring presence throughout and also to my rhinoplasty surgeon Dr. Ufuk Durgan, trust me ladies and gentlemen this guy is the 'real deal'. He is an excellent surgeon who performed commendable surgery on my nose bringing it back to its original form.

Moving my landline to VOIP via Premitel was very straight forward with everything explained clearly and the transfer of the landline from my previous media company went as expected.

Affordable efficient and reliable service provided

Needed a IP phone as BT messed up my internet change to Fibre. Ordered a Yealink dect handset and base from Premitel, all configured, and used their free trial. I have to say audio is clear and better than my old landline ever was. I have now had my old number ported so back up and running with it. My emails to Stephen Killen at Premitel were all answered promptly, the order was completed with little fuss and I am impressed with the voice mail, both on the phone and by email. Have not used all the features but more than adequate for my home and business use. I will be ordering a new line very soon for my other office with Premitel as their service is superb and prices very competitive. Thank you Premitel for a simple easy transition to an IP phone service.

For me it was the delivery to the Highlands, Scotland. There was no stupid delivery charge or claiming to not be the mainland and it was extremely quick. Think it was a day turn around, it arrived at Aberdeen sorting centre and delivered to inverness the same day. Very impressed.

This lovely machine was priced below those from other suppliers. It arrived extremely quickly, well before the target delivery date cited when I bought it. It was very well packaged, reinforced by padding to protect it from any knocks and bumps that might have occurred in transit.

Jess is incredible! I had Botox for tooth grinding / jaw slimming with Jess for the first time and I was a bit nervous having never had it before, but she put me totally at ease, made sure I understood everything I needed to know, answered all my questions and the procedure was so quick and painless! Fijne communicatie en service! De maaltijden zijn handig te bereiden en zijn vol van smaak. Geen gedoe waarbij je zelf dingen moet afwegen en perfect voor drukke bijtjes zoals ik. Niet alleen handig voor mensen die veel trainen of bepaalde doel hierin hebben, ook handig voor de mensen die geen tijd hebben om gezond/gevarieerd te kunnen koken. Zeker een aanrader en zal zeker opnieuw bestellen.

John called and informed me when he will arrive and was apologetic for delivering late in the day even if it was no fault of his. Pros. They helped install the barcode scanner and printer along with porting all the items into the system instead of having to do it by yourself. Prompt response whenever an issue pops up. They is now an offline mode of the system so can use without internet. However to have a backup need internet. Cons Currently some instability due to shifting of servers.
