He worked as per system and identified root cause speedily. Replaced two small parts and fridge was back in action. No unnecessary repairs and no pressing for annual contract like other people. I'd highly recommend the ProDesign videos and Jarek to everyone.

Georgia from customer service was nice to communicate with. The revo voron high flow arrived within 4 days to Indonesia. Quality was top notch, the thermistor and heater came with long wires. Packaging was solid which ensured they arrived safe. Aiming for the piezo probe next.

All of my machines now are using the Revo quick change nozzles. I love how easy they make nozzle swaps. The print quality is good, you just have to recalibrate your flow rates. Customer service is spot on. Very quick to respond. I highly recommend.

Honestly, I am so grateful that Munchery exists! The food is consistently delicious! I have neither the time nor the interest in cooking and I got tired of the same offerings at our local prepared food gourmet counter (which is also getting pricey!) So I tried Munchery. There is always something that appeals to me on the menu. The fish is always perfectly cooked, in my opinion. Last night I ordered chicken tajine which was absolutely a hit with my four guests! So when I'm having people over, I order from them and have rarely been disappointed. And it always appears on time!

Munchery is super convenient and has excellent food choices that are all chef prepared and easy to heat up and serve. I highly recommend them if you want a convenient way to eat well.

We usually are very satisfied with Muncery, but our last order (2 meals) 1 meal was missing. Also the drivers continually have their hand out or wait for a tip. I pay that tip on line when I order meals. When I called Muncery about the missing meal, I suggested that the drivers be given a receipt showing they received the gratuity from the customer because I didn’t want the driver to think we are cheap & the drivers deserved to know. Perhaps, we will pay the tip in person, but it is easier to add it on line especially if we don’t have any change!!! Like I said we are usually very satisfied with the meals from Munchery - usually the food is delishious!

We had our studio built & installed on 15 November 24 .Excellent service from start to finish ! We were able to have our bespoke ,bigger & raised at the back of the studio .I could not fault the quality . Sadly in the winds a tree fell on the studio . I rang the company who came round to fix ! I bought a shed from these people after narrowly avoiding a bad experience with another firm. Very friendly, straightforward pricing and the sheds on display looked really good. I was worried that the base area I had wasn’t suitable but they had no problem levelling the supplied subframe with wedges and then erecting the shed. It is really well built and fitted. I paid a little more for extra height, great value. In the short time we’ve had it we’ve had three named storms, the latest being Daragh and it’s bone dry and solid. Price wise it is certainly dearer than cheap internet sheds with sectional walls but after searching for several months it is definitely the best value for money that I’ve seen.

Shoes OK, box a bit tatty, and having tried to make contact for a postage refund I have found that the telephone numbers quoted on the website are out of order and the if I email customer services on the email provided - it just bounces back.. I suggest looking around before ordering from this company.

Rip off company avoid buying from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes to justify £19 delivery cost. They cancelled 1 pair saying out of stock and said 2nd pair dispatched. I asked to cancel my order as not happy and they will not refund me for the 2nd pair of shoes or delivery charge saying they are awaiting their courier to return to their depot.after 2 weeks no refund, no explanation other than they are waiting for their courier. What a rip off, avoid buying from these scammers at all costs!!!

Few months ago I purchased a pair of Camper Peu Cami that usually come with a 2 years manufacture warranty. I have worn them maybe 10 times at max and the leather has started discoloring and flaking. I wonder if they are fake shoes. At first I thought that it was dirt but for as much as I could try clean them , the "dirt" wouldn't go and I have realized that the leather has a problem. I have been calling TopBrandShoes weeks now and emailed them but none has answered or got back to me. I went to a Camper shop and , although under warranty, they won t be able to help as the product was not bought directly in one of their stores. They told me to go back to TopBrand acknowledging the problem with the leather. I would like them to be repaired, exchanged or refunded if all the above is impossible, as they have now become unwearable, but none is answering !

In anticipation of my journey from Singapore to the UK via Barcelona, I meticulously arranged for a Porsche rental through Hertz Dream Collection. However, shortly before my arrival, I received a last-minute email and call notifying me of a vehicle replacement. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a non-employee who hastily handed over the keys. To my dismay, there was no formal inspection of the vehicle, and the attendant disappeared without ensuring our satisfaction or addressing any concerns. Our disappointment compounded when we noticed a concerning issue with the rear wheel, particularly noticeable during slow turns, rendering the vehicle unsafe for travel—especially considering the inclement weather and the fatigue from a lengthy flight. Despite our efforts to seek resolution, including engaging with a Hertz representative named Ian and the franchise owner, Sumit, no suitable replacement or alternative arrangement was offered. Instead, we were met with audacity as we were threatened with additional charges if we refused to accept the compromised vehicle. Subsequent attempts to address the situation were met with apathy, with no meaningful follow-up until the final day of my trip, nearly four days later, when I escalated the matter through an official complaint. It is with great disappointment that I find myself compelled to pursue recourse through consumer protection channels, seeking a refund for the substandard service and the full or nothing charge levied despite the impolite treatment and disregard for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I am left with no choice but to take this matter to the consumer court, where I will seek restitution for the disheartening experience and the breach of trust exhibited by this particular Hertz Dream Collection franchise.

Rented a 992 Carrera S4 on Thursday 28th. After a very smooth collection process, I was unfortunately in receipt of one of the worst return experiences ever. It ended up taking 1 1/2 hours of trying to convince someone to check the car in. I was told that a) it was in the terms and conditions that I should just drop the car off and it will be checked in on the next working day (Monday). b) the company would accept no liability until if was formally checked in on the next working day. c) I had and recorded a call where I was also informed if I had a problem to call head office immediately. I was told this knowing that head office was not available and I would only be able to contact the vehicle recovery team. As a customer I am struggling to understand why a) I was not informed of the return procedure at the time of collection. b) despite calling on Monday in an obviously distressed state why I was asked what my issue was with the lies, inconvenience and just general lack of customer service. c) there seemed to be a real disinterest on how I was feeling and being affected. If you want to create a stressful experience, worry about your not insignificant deposit and be treated like an imbecile then I would hire a car from this organisation. My conversations with the staff left a lot to be desired. I experienced and am still experiencing a lot of anxiety over the whole ordeal. The company has ruined what should have been a beautiful weekend of a friends wedding and grandsons birthday with their continued treatment of me whilst taking my money (a total of just under 1500GBP for 2 days usage). Also reviewing some of the other comments it appears management and senior management are just paying lip service to improving the service… Asked what I wanted this morning by manager, I think it is what anyone would want. Not to be treated in an indecent way by a company you are paying your hard earned cash to for an experience. Update following reply: interesting that you don’t see the cause for any anxiety. I knew that I had taken excellent care of the rental. When hiring the car it was explicit that I was returning it on Saturday which I now know is out of hours. A simple explanation would have sufficed. In addition during a very tense recorded conversation I was told if I had a problem to call head office. I did so only to be put through to a recovery service which Chris who I was speaking to knew. This caused anxiety because why lie? In addition when reviewing the form it was checked out in a name other than Chris who checked it out. I do not understand why you cannot see how “trusting” that a car that carries significant deposit and is returned in perfect order is not damaged by someone with no liability for their actions is not worrying. Also when I did finally speak to the head office to complain I was told by the manager Ian he didn’t understand why I had an issue. I was also informed the drop off procedure was present on the document wallet I was given. In recollection I am not sure I was given one. In short I refute your dismissal of these concerns and think the very least you could do is apologise. Never OK to dismiss someone else’s anxiety. Never OK to allow a persons concerns to be treated as trivial or inconsequential. It appears that the effect that your accumulated actions may have on your customers mental health is of little concern to you. Also I can see from previous reviews why my fears were founded. So not OK.

My account was suspended due to a single item inauthentic claim. My earlier appeals had been rejected. I showed everything to AppealbyAmz and they assured me they had a fantastic success rate and could write the perfect appeal plan. In reality, they gave me a cookie cutter piece of rubbish which was no different to what I had written before. Unsurprisingly, it was also rejected. They did no good and all their big claims were rubbish. Don't waste your money.

Bought this awesome little kit from ROADLOK for my Triumph Tiger 900 RALLY PRO, after MANY hours comparing (full autism mode) designs and systems. I am pleased to say this was very much the right choice for me. The kit literally took me 2 minutes to install without instructions, has loads of different size spacers, etc and is super easy to use, the pin is sprung loaded so you lock it in and rotate the wheel until it engages. I would say this is fairly difficult to remove quickly even with an angle grinder. The added bonus it looks OEM, too as they come in different colours. It comes with a little bung you put in when you take the lock out to keep the grit out that I feel could do with a redesign so you dont easily loose it but generally a nice thought. The great thing is that you cant move the bike an inch with it engaged so there's no concern about forgetting it, pulling away then it locks up and you drop the bike. All in a great little security device that I 100% recommend.

Purchased wine en primeur - 6 bottles, (2022, Bordeaux). I had expected that the product would be supplied in the wooden chateau case. Because of claimed breakage risk, Millesima indicated they would supply in a corrugated box. This was however not indicated when the order was placed. Shipping of the cb would take €30 extra. I declined. Shipment went smoothly but Millesima does not look at temperature for transport and could have transport at subzero temperatures. All in all nothing went wrong but will not order en primeur here again.

Nu er der gået 24 dage og jeg har stadig ikke fået mine varer. Har skrevet to gange og kun fået et autosvar om at min henvendelse vil blive besvaret indenfor 12 timer. Det er så ikke sket. Har ringet på det tlfnr, de har på deres firmaadresse. Det eksisterer så ikke. Er det her fup og svindel?

Jeg købte seks ting. De fem var rigtige. Den sidste skulle have været et par svømmebriller til en voksen. Jeg fik en børnemodel. Bortset fra en mail om at 'det skal vi have ordnet' kom der hverken svar, erstatningsvare eller tilbagebetaling. Det drejede sig om 186,75. Jeg håbede på svar og at få leveret de rigtige svømmebriller. Alternativt få refunderet beløbet. Gode nyheder: Brillerne ankom i dag (9. okt). Alt vel. Bortset fra lidt uklar kommunikation i kombination med nogle dages responstid, så løste det sig altså. Tak Nikolaj.

Fin hjemmeside at bestille fra - her stopper så også det positive ved min oplevelse med Shopdolphin… Levering 1-2 dage i følge hjemmesiden, dog kunne jeg ved bekræftelsesmail se at den mindste af tingene i bestillingen havde længere levering. Jeg tog kontakt, da vi skulle rejse og tingene bruges 5 dage efter, så ville lave ny bestilling alene med de ting med 1-2 dages levering. Her blev oplyst at alle varer var på lager og pakken ville modtages indenfor 3 dage. Efter 4 dage var pakken ikke kommet. Man kan ikke ringe til jer (telefon er alene henvisning til at sende en mail - hvorfor så have telefonnummer?). Mail blev besvaret om eftermiddagen at pakke var sendt og alene afventede levering. 30min senere fik jeg mail hvor jeg kan se på track and trace at pakken er sendt om eftermiddagen.. Nu når vi ikke at få pakken, som lovet - til gengæld får vi besværet med at sende den retur. Virkelig uprofessionel oplevelse, så har I kort frist til levering, så ville jeg vælge et andet firma.

De har gode kvalitetsvarer, og bor man i nærheden, kan man hente varerne samme dag, som man bestiller

I have been going to Ron's company for over 25 years. The are easy to work with caring and reasonably priced. If I don't have all my paperwork turned in they call and tell me I'm missing something. They care! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently make an order. I also added to it and was told would get refunded delivery fee as they would come together. When it arrived it was missing 2 items. One was refunded as clearly out of stock, I was not notified of and 1 item was missing. I have been trying to get in contact with them via website, hit and miss. No resolve as yet. Promised a call still waiting after 2 days? The items I received I do like and are on sale. Value nothing to complain about but customer service needs attention. Disappointing experience on this occasion.
