We had a lovely family Christmas at the barn. The dining area and lounge was a great space for us all to enjoy time together. Lovely Christmas tree & hamper on arrival and barn was well equipped with cleaning products & cooking / serving dishes. As we were a party of 10 adults and we felt the barn was not really equipped for such a large party regarding the size of the kitchen to cater for 10 people. It only has a regular sized fridge freezer & oven so when catering for 10 this is impossible and very little cupboard storage space. The two smaller bedrooms upstairs & downstairs could be upgraded and the sharing bathroom with the two upstairs bedrooms would be more suitable for children’s rooms. We had a few issues regarding non clising windows and a broken 4 slice toaster but the maintenance engineer was prompt in attending and resolving. Lovely barn in a very quiet area with nothing around other than other barn rentals. You can walk to the shrine but everywhere else you need a car.

This is the first time we have used this service. Kept well informed from booking to arrival date and when I had a query this was answered quickly. Will definitely be using again.

Amazing House all the little details were perfect. They had everything you could need pots pans dishes bowls, plates everything was provided. such a lovely lovely place to stay.

The booking confirmation was easy and received a confirmation by e mail but after the confirmation we were then in contact directly with the owner who was delightful and we did not have any further contact with Luxury Cottages again so very hard to rate there Service. Terrible returns process. I echo the thoughts of others on here. I had to chance to be able to return an item I had listed as faulty. They then said no £free returns. which is actually illegal. Under basic consumer rights legislation in the UK (and Europe) you have to give the customer a £free return for a faulty item. I had to point this out to them. Then they asked for photos etc. etc. terrible customer experience for an online retailer. Policies and systems that are out of sync. Most items they sell you can buy elsewhere so I recommend you do that in case the item you receive doesnt fit or isnt right in some way.

Was delighted to see that C&G stocked Anatole umbrellas (to avoid shipping from France). Ordered the ‘orange’. Arrived and it was in fact the ‘rust’. C&G admit they relabelled the colour - they don’t stock the true orange which exists in the range. Their picture also appears orange. Despite agreeing they had caused confusion and it is in fact Anatole’s RUST that they have sent they’re not even willing to offer free returns …. (I also paid expensive DHL delivery for a mislabelled product.)

I like to try and buy from independents but the 6.99 postage and the lack of free/subsidised returns allied to the convoluted returns process (register return request then wait quite a few hours for another email confirming return has been accepted) means I won’t be likely to buy online from this store again in the future. We hired Metro Wardrobes to build a home office in our house. Happy with the process and outcome. Fitters arrived on time - worked continuously throughout the day and finished after their allotted time thereby not having to come a second day, which was originally planned. Excellent work - very satisfied with the design and finish of the wardrobes etc.

Really lovely wardrobe at a very reasonable price. Only reason for deduction of a star was that the follow up appointment to fix two minor issues was rearranged a couple of times and happened later than I was advised which led to some wasted time on my part. But when they did arrive they fixed the issues quickly and to my satisfaction, and everyone I dealt with at Metro was lovely.

Attention to detail. Office handling, Changes after sign off 3 Stars - Timelines, Tidiness, 2 Stars - Post-sales Comms, Compensation mistakes. 1 Star - Constant overruns, Fitting mistakes, Production mistakes, Completion Comms, Attention to detail, repeated visits, non-existent Fitting Manager when things went wrong on Day 1, Weeks to complete two of the three rooms.. They aren't Sharps but in some ways better with the fitting in difficult rooms and quality materials used. If you want 100% from beginning to end, you can't beat Neatsmith in terms of quality, fitting, finish, comms and attention to detail, but if you want that, expect to pay double, but Metro is up there with the best and what we got was a superb deal as we went all in with lights, compact designs, vanity units mirrors, a lot of drawers and space-saving features. The choices were good the color schemes plentiful and their patience in accommodating no-fuss changes before sign-off was commendable. The journey was anything but easy or straightforward, as the complex nature of the rooms with curved ceilings, pipes, and difficult corners threw up problems that would have challenged even the seasoned professional. Why it ended up becoming a gung-ho circus event is beyond me, but highlighting the obvious asymmetric mistakes, which the fitters assumed I would simply accept was perplexing and was not acknowledged by the office who didn't seem interested in the issue while protesting this on chat and email. I didn't know there was such a thing as a fitting manager, but burying heads was all I got. A big shout out to Ranto who presented us with some very detailed and impressive designs, Nik who created the drawers so well it was a joy to watch and Kinjal who came after the original team did not return and fussed about everything just to make the job proper. They make up a dream team only if they could be part of the same team, of which there are many. Lastly, big thanks to the office girls for their flexibility and Palak for being incredibly competitive to win my business and her ability to be as accommodating as possible, even when I had signed off on the job spec's without checking them properly. They were so good I hadn't bothered to check the sizes correctly. Overall the job, the price, and the finish met my expectations and would I recommend or use them again? Yes, the savings are good, if not the timelines or some aspects of the installation, especially when trying to get the correct screw caps as fitters peppered the difficult room with way too many holes and wrong screw caps, and the cupboards looked like they had the measles. Once the correct screw caps were provided, I was really pleased as they looked like cupboards.

We approached Metro having explored a number of options and from the first contact with Palak, Sonal and the team were very pleased with how helpful and accommodating they all were in designing the wardrobes for our bedrooms. The end result was equally pleasing with the installation team being very polite and considerate to our needs. We intend on using them for additional work that we would like done. I highly recommend Metro.

Have used these guys a couple of times and good results both times. First time was the pruning of two large trees and the other was the removal of some trees with associated repairs to fencing and paving.

We had a tree taken down this morning in our back garden. The team of 3 (Jason, Kai and John) arrived on schedule and worked solidly to complete the task. Although the access to & the removal of the tree was challenging for them they were really efficient and friendly. To their credit they were all incredibly polite. We were really impressed with the quality of their work and they tidied away all the debris. Excellent work!

Not a customer, a neighbour of mine had some work carried out by this company. Without giving any prior notice to the surrounding neighbours, residue and extreme dust has been spread across all of the front of our properties and especially the cars. This has caused such an inconvenience to myself and my family and it is extremely unprofessional. We have filled a complaint against the council at which this occurred in as well as my lawyer for the paintwork damage. Even though this company was only set up early this year, it is basic common sense.

The tree surgeon and his crew were fantastic and carried out the work in high standard. They were professional and left my garden clean and tidy. The issue arose when me and hubby noticed that one of the new laid garden tiles had been damaged in the process. We contacted the office and sent some videos and photos to raise this concern. Their office promised us that their surveyor would review the damage and we could discuss further. However after weeks of chasing and no further response from the office I have been inclined to give them 1 star. The garden tiles were freshly done and we were hoping to enjoy the outside space. Really disappointed with their customer service. I wouldn't recommend their service to my friends or family. I can confirm that they have finally repaired the damaged garden slab, happy with the outcome ☺️. There seems to have been miscommunication within the customer service team. Glad they came through and I can now finally enjoy my garden.

I am very pleased with my dealings with this company starting with the visit to provide a quotation following by a visit to carry out the work. The individuals I met were courteous and helpful and the work was carried out very efficiently including a thorough clean up of the offcuts and sawdust.

They had to go through my house to get to the tree and also carry the cutting. They cleaned up afterwards and left my garden undisturbed. Highly recommended. They arrived on time, worked hard, final price was as agreed in the quote.

Die Auswahl im Shop ist sehr groß und ich bestelle immer wieder gerne verschiedene Sorten Erdnussbutter, weil die Vögel das gerne mögen. Beim letzten Mal waren Mengen-Rabatte bei der Erdnussbutter angegeben (z.B. ab 4 Stück 12%), allerdings hatte ich mich darauf verlassen, dass es auch 4 Stück verschiedener Sorten sein könnten und das war nicht der Fall. Das fand ich irreführend und auch nicht sinnvoll, dass dies nur für genau die gleiche Sorte galt! Darüber hinaus ist es schade, dass Rabatte ohnehin meist erst ab einem sehr hohen Bestellwert gelten. Die Qualität der Erdnussbutter finde ich jedoch sehr gut.

Had solid roof fitted to existing conservatory March 2022 to replace glass roof never looked back vast improvement professional service no problems would not hesitate to recommend. Further to having roof replaced we used Elegant again July 2022 to replace glass in all windows and door in conservatory with integrated blinds again very pleased with expert service.

Bought two higher end products totalling £21.98. I knew I shouldn’t have purchased the second product as the bottle was sticky. The guy said he would clean it and he did. When I got home the seal on one item was broken, and I thought the bottle felt light. There was no seal on the second bottle, which had been sticky (all the bottles of that product were sticky) and it did not smell like it is supposed to when bought from online from a different retailer. I’m of course very disappointed, il be heading back first thing in the morning to get a refund, let’s see if they comply. I’m not confident that they will, but I will see if they do regardless. It’s not unreasonable to expect a retailer to comply with trading standards and consumer law. Supper annoyed though because I don’t expect to spend over £20 on a clearly used product and what I believe is a fake.

I visited the Upton Park store yesterday and will never visit again. I went with my elderly mother, our speaking voices were mocked, the guy on the counter refused to speak when asked a question responded arrogantly that "silence is the best answer", my other said "thank you" as she handed over HER money again to silence. The worst shopping experience ever, I live locally & haven't visited this store for many years and will certainly never go back - basic human civility was missing let alone professionalism. My mother struggles with walking which is the only reason we didn't go straight to a different store but I will never frequent this store again. Shocking approach to customer service!

This was my worst shopping experience ever. I would encourage others to not frequent this store, I walked in with my elderly mother instead of a greeting our speaking voices were mocked, the guy at the counter did not smile or even speak when asked a question. I booked through cleanifiq for an after builders cleaning. I was worries to pay everything upfront and price seemed lower than anyone else would quote for the job and was scared this might be a scam. I booked and paid through Klarna, got 999 Cleaners and guys, this is just amazing. Great quality and good price

We needed the floors and walls of our outside close cleaned. We got in touch with Cleanifiq and they advised us that although they didn't provide that service they could recommend a company who who could. The company ready to clean came and inspected and said they could clean for 250 pounds. A lot of money but with 3 floors stairs, walls and some cielings we decided to go for it. Sadly this company ready to clean's standards were really poor and they asked for cash and when I queried their work, they became threatening. I could tell the situation would escalate and there being only me against three of them (2 men and a woman ), I gave them the money. I got back in touch with Cleanifiq and he said there was absolutely nothing he could do. I feel like we were swindled in a way. The reply below is just an attempt to deflect from the query which is simply that the standard of the work was bad. The negotiations needed in order to carry out the work are not what is relevant here. The fact is cleanifiq recommended a company who turned out to be little more than chancers. The work was not completed to a good standard and when queried absolutely nothing was done about it. Do not trust the professionalism of this company. There are plenty of other companies to choose from.

What can I say, from speaking to Vlademir to book appointment and ask questions etc, he was so informative and personable, he answered all my questions and more. He also called me the day before my booking as I was concerned the job was too much for 1 person. He asked if Sylvia could bring a colleague which I said of course. On the day, arrival was accurate and Sylvia and her colleague were very pleasant. They did an absolutely fantastic job deep cleaning my mother in laws house. Just amazing would recommend to anyone. Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'utilise Herbalife. Herbalife m'a d'abord permis de perdre du poids et des centimètres dans le cadre bien sûr d'une alimentation équilibrée. Ainsi plus de beurre le matin un petit déjeuner avec mon shaker Herbalife un fromage blanc skyr avec des graines de chia . Le midi normal mais équilibre et le soir légumes ou soupe de légumes et mon shaker. Depuis Herbalife me sert à faire des rattrapages quand je m'ecarte de mon poids de croisière. Je n'attends pas je ressors le shaker et je me mets sur les rails. Herbalife précieux pour moi et en plus c'est très agréable a consommer.

Transparencia total, tienen una política de precios clara que ya manifiesta la profesionalidad del sitio. Desde la primera consulta el acompañamiento es continuo desde la asesora, al doctor y todo el equipo medico. Además las instalaciones son únicas, en muchos sitios no cuentan con sus propios quirófanos en cambio aquí tienen todos los medios para no moverte del sitio, incluido el hotel.

He tenido una muy buena experiencia, me operaron ayer y todo muy bien. La comunicación muy fluida desde el primer momento, Sandra ha sido super profesional y ha estado super pendiente de mi caso. La doctora Soto y su equipo han sido encantadoras y han hecho que el proceso sea lo más cómodo y agradable posible. Las instalaciones están muy bien y el trato general no podría ser mejor. De aquí a unos meses actualizaré el comentario para añadir la experiencia durante el posoperatorio y siguientes fases. ¡Un abrazo a tod@s y gracias!

Excellent process from start to finish. We decided to go with PDWC as they'd done brilliant work on our old house. Fantastic customer service with great communication throughout and the team of fitters were so quick and professional. The windows look stunning and true to original sashes. Thank you so much PDWC! The whole process has, so far, been faultless, and the work carried out completed to a high standard. Yesterday, September 2003, the team arrived (Darren, Callum,Darren, Carl, Dave and Ben. Initially the weather was atrocious with heavy rain. This did not stop the preliminary work on the replacement of a French door with a sliding patio door, the replacement of the exterior utility door and window, the replacement of a kitchen window, and the replacement of the exiting wide kitchen window with a door and smaller window unit. All this work was completed in 1 day. Everywhere was left clean afterwards. We had problems trying to get other companies to even turn up to do an estimate, so when Prescot Windows and Doors came to us by way of a personal recommendation we were very pleased with the initial response. We are even more pleased with the results and will be using them for other works.

A superb firm with great customer service. Have used Prescot Door and Window Centre over some years when needing to replace and update. Always been very satisfied, from initial visit to measure and discuss, to the fitting of the product. Recently had a problem with an older door. Was absolutely delighted when Lee said the problem could be rectified which saved on the cost of a replacement. Would readily use Prescot Door and Window Centre for next replacement window or door I need and would thoroughly recommend the firm to others.

Very pleased with the recent replacement of my windows & front door. Luckily the team managed to complete the work during a pause in the bad weather! They worked really hard & the result is lovely, especially my new red front door! I have used this company before in a previous home & would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Forkerte mål på muleposer, bestilte 60cm fik en på 45cm. Ligger den fladt er den 60cm, men størrelse bør angives efter den anvendelige plads som bundstørrelsen er angivende for, hvilket de også gør på bredden 14cm. Vil anbefale man enten angiver mål for bund: 45x14 cm, Eller flad: 60x0.25 cm Og altså ikke blandet 60x14cm, det misvisende, for den er ikke 14cm bred når den er 60cm, for så skal den ligges fladt. Ellers fin leveringstid og pris. Nej det ikke normalt for muleposer med firkantet flad bund, det er normalt for dem uden bund.

Konge oplevelse. Havde en SOS, hvor jeg skulle bruge spillertøj til 9 børn med nummer og 2 x logo. Fik fat i en Mikkel, som tog sig af opgaven. Jeg fik kyndig vejledning og Mikkel svarede med det samme. Tøjet blev trykket på en halv dag - og jeg kunne skynde mig forbi butikken efter det. Mikkel skal klart indstilles som månedens medarbejder i december🏆 Jeg er meget tilfreds med servicen og med produktet. Det er store fem stjerneskud, som blev delt ud her.

Jeg valgte igen nogle nye ting og 4 uger efter jeg havde bestilt fik jeg endelig min pakke. Det undrer mig hvordan man først kan vide at ting er udsolgt eller ikke på lager efter min bestilling. Jeg synes det er utrolig dårligt og jeg kan roligt sige at i har mistet en kunde der kunne have givet godt til jeres, knap så gode butik. Jeg er meget utilfreds og anbefaler ingen at bestille derfra! MVH en meget irriteret og uforstående kunde.
