Så nöjd med min långtidssemester på Dona Lola resort i Calahonda, Spanien. Bra hotell (om än något bedagat), bästa strandpromenaden och Kulturresor arrangerade fina utflykter till bl a Gibraltar. Hotellet hade massor av egna aktiviteter såsom gratis språkresor, pilates, vattengympa etc. Lätt att leva rätt då :)

Resan överträffade våra förväntningar då det gäller plats, väder, sällskap, natur och kultur.

Bra genomförd resa, tydlig information i broschyren. Samt utmärkt reseledare.

Är just hemkommen från en fantastisk resa till Madeira! När vi anlände till hotellet hade de krångel med incheckningen, men reseledaren var mycket behjälplig och det hela löste sig till slut. Utflykterna var utformade så att man fick se större delen av ön om man följde med på samtliga. Hade stor glädje av reseledarens kunskap om resmålet och han berättade underhållande vid utflykterna. Reseledaren var alltid tillgänglig då han bodde på hotellet och han upplyste oss hela tiden om att det bara var att ringa när vi ville något. Jag reser gärna med Kulturresor igen!

I bought a Tenere 700 from Ea at Fisker after talking with other Yamaha dealers and am very happy with the decision. Jeg har nu været hos Fisker MC 3 gange, alene for at kigge på en Yamaha R7 og diverse tilbehør. Fra start gjorde jeg medarbejderen klar over at jeg ikke skulle købe noget lige nu, men det gjorde det ikke til en dårlig oplevelse. Jeg har fået utrolig god behandling hver gang jeg har været derinde, og ved nu at jeg helt sikkert kommer til at købe en motorcykel hos dem snarest muligt.

Har lige fået lavet service, og alt forgik helt perfekt. Super professionelle mekaniker, blev informeret hele vejen igennem mit service. Har også købt flere motorcykler igennem Joel og Ea, og en ren fornøjelse at kommer forbi, selv bare for en snak.

Jeg havde ikke tidligere været kunde hos Fisker MC, udover et par kørehandsker for længe siden. Skæbnen ville det at der pludselig kom en Yamaha Stryker til salg i Dk, der kører for tiden vistnok kun en 7-8 stykker på plader i skrivende stund 😉 Inden køb havde jeg Joel fra Fisker med på råd og denne vejledte grundigt og brugte faktisk en del tid der ikke kunne faktureres nogen steder 🙏 Joel og Ea er flere generationer Fisker MC og et par omvandrende Orakler i parat viden, når vi taler MC og specifikt Yamaha 🤝 Herudover er de et par søde , imødekommende og meget fair lokale forretningsdrivende i en tid hvor den slags ikke er lige til Højre Skøjten 🫵 Altid smil på læben og plus på humør kontoen 🙏 Efter at have løbet mit nyindkøbte bæst igennem, fik de styr på suspension hvor der var fejlindstillet, efterfølgende blev der vejledt om at Org udstødningen ikke kunne komme af med luften, når der var eftermonteret Power Commander Kit. Det som en Astmatiker der forsøger at trække vejret igennem et lille sugerør, var vistnok konklusionen 🙈😂😂😂 Jeg fandt en Vance & Heince på DBA der var til at betale , Kim og Hjemmedrengene på Værkstedet fik i samme moment styr på rem beskytteren der ramte på det brede 240 eftermonterede bagdæk , så Krammedyret kunne sidde bagpå uden driftsstop 🙏 Alt sammen udført på en akut indleveret MC på blot dage og nu lyder den også som en voksen Motorcykel og ikke som en nyfødt Puch med Influenza 🫵😂😂 Joel grinede da også som en flækket træsko ved afhentning “ skal du ikke ind og arbejde igen du Gamle ?, spurgte jeg- Jo Jo Glenny, jeg skal bare lige se dit fjæs når du starter op 😉😂😂😂🤝🙏 Uden at gå for meget i detaljer , ja så kildede det alle de rigtige steder 🫵😂😂🙈 Prisen, ja den var fair og vejledt/oplyst på forhånd - tidsforbruget fair og oplyst på forhånd 🤝🙏 Jeg kommer ikke andre steder med Stryker 🙏🤝 De bedste hilsner . Utrolig dårlig oplevelse Jeg henvendte mig i Fisker MC for at få hjælp til at købe et intercom. Jeg blev spist af med et universelt sæt, som jeg forsøgte at returnere uåbnet under 24 timer senere, hvor efter jeg får besked på at det ikke kan lade sig gøre. Der er ingen grund til at støtte sine lokale mc forhandler når både priserne er høje og servicen er ringe!

Det har været en kæmpe fornøjelse af handle med EA fra Fisker motorcykler. Meget imødekommende og serviceminded. Dette gælder ikke kun når man ligger penge i kasseapparatet men også når man har brug for service efterfølgende. Du kan som kunde kun føle dig i de trygge hænder. Tak for sublim service igennem alt.

I normally never write any reviews but I feel like I should. The team were professional and efficient from the moment we started working on my house. I gained substantial amount of knowledge about ADUs from them, as everyone is just very patient, transparent and respectful. Already recommended to a few of my friends and neighbors!!! Ich war seit Jahren regelmäßiger Kunde, aber habe jetzt mal den Kundenservice benötigt und bin bitter enttäuscht. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Produkte fehlen oder sind defekt geliefert worden, Mails werden ignoriert oder erst sehr spät beantwortet, Rückerstattungen angekündigt, aber nicht geleistet… und hier geht es nicht nur um ein paar Euros.

Sehr guter Service, freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Hatte ein Problem mit meiner Bestellung und zwar ist etwas ausgelaufen und so nicht mehr zum Verzehr geeignet. Der Betrag wird zurück erstattet.

Erdnussbutter jetzt nicht mehr im Glas sondern im Kunststoffbecher. Durch Abrasion mit dem Messer im Becher nimmt man als Konsument kleinste Partikel von Kunststoff auf. Kunststoff gilt weiterhin als Umweltproblem, eure Kostenersparnis nicht!

3 Shakes bestellt in verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Alles kam nach 3 Tagen super bei mir an. Man sollte es mit Wasser mischen. Das ist mir aber definitiv zu dünn und hält nicht satt. Mit Hafermilch, oder normaler Milch ist das viel besser.

I have made a big order with nu3. However, the package never arrived at my address. According to the post, the complaint about lsot/stolen package has to be initiated by nu3, apparently, it can not be done by customer (me). They were rude and declined to give any help. All they had to do is forward my complaint to the Post from their side and that was too much to expect. After this review, they got in touch with me. And they were extremely professional, granting a refund!

I went to clinic Evoy for face and neck lift and eye lift. From the minute I arrived I was greeted by Melek at Izmir airport. Picked up in lovely transport. Taken to my hotel. We’re Melek sorted all that for me. The next day I was picked up taken to hospital. Were I was met by dr Hakam and his staff. Every think was explained to me in English. I went for surgery. After coming around. I can say I was looked after , by dr hakam team of nurses. They was very good at there job. Nothing was a problem. Service was 💯. Food was lovely. The next day Melek was there to take me back to hotel. Which was nice. Melek was very good. Even if I sent her a txt. The reply was fast. After my recovery I went back to see dr Hallam to be checked and receive. My fit to fly. I can honestly say I was truly looked after from start to finish. Dr hakam team are fantastic. I’m happy with my face and eye lid surgery and neck.

I was disrespected from coordinator Sude avoid all costs!!!

I had an amazing experience with Clincevoy, from the start from private pick-up to boutique hotel and exceptional Customer service from Sude with booking and my chaperone Melek. My Dentist and her Team ensured that I was comfortable throughout the whole week as I had a full mouth design. They went through all the treatment that I was going to have from X-rays, Root canal, extractions and finally Implants!! The team have a wealth of experience, and exceeded all of my expectations. The pricing is fair and transparent- definitely worth the money. After having a fear of the dentist hence my full design I am looking forward to going back to complete my treatment in a few months time. I would highly recommend Clincevoy without hesitation.

I travelled to Turkey myself and was met at the airport by the lovely Melek .. she was so friendly i liked her the minute I met her … I got my teeth done and neck lift which I’m delighted with the results .. I had a full face and neck lift at the end of April and couldn’t have asked for a better service from everyone involved. I was booked in a couple of weeks earlier but had a family emergency a few days before the surgery and Sude could not have been more helpful with changing the date. I had a carer called Malek whilst in Turkey who also was fantastic and nothing was too much of a hassle for her. She was available 24 hours a day and was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was great and transfers to all appointments and from the airport were prompt. I am very happy with the results of my surgery and would recommend this clinic and surgeon to anyone considering any surgery.

Both Melek and Sude were professional and caring throughout our experience. They were both available at all times to answer any questions and provide any support we requested, no request was too big or small. I could only recommend them and we are returning later this year for additional procedures.

I made a decision to have cosmetic surgery when I was in a bad place after losing my husband. The clinic weren't very understanding when I changed my mind, and until I got my bank involved, they weren't going to refund my deposit. Just think carefully before making any decisions. The language barrier isn't too bad, because the reps speak English, but it is off putting when there are things which aren't quite understood. I didn't travel in the end, so cannot comment on the standard of treatment.

My emails and queries were answered very promptly. I've ordered my first item.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an issue with a ring I purchased from your store online. Three years ago, I bought an emerald ring from Angara, which held great sentimental value to me as emerald is my grandmother’s birthstone. Unfortunately, the stone recently fell out, despite me taking great care of the ring. I am very disappointed that a piece of jewellery of this quality did not last as expected. Given that emerald is a precious gemstone and this was a significant purchase, I would have expected better durability and craftsmanship. I also checked the invoice and I paid extra for AAAA quality stone, which I feel wasn't up to standard.

I payed more than 400 Euro for a wig that s not worthit. Although revoked the purchase contract in time and sending back the produkt, i never got my money back! When trying to contact the customer service, i got no reaction. For me that is not relyable, that s criminal !

I was going to southern Kyushu for 3 weeks and needed wifi connection. Through the JTB website, I ordered a pocket wifi and had it delivered to my home before leaving on my trip. The ordering process and delivery process was flawless. Once I was in Japan, I activated the unit and used it continuously during my trip...even to the southern tip of Kyushu. There were no disconnections. The issue I had was during the times I tried to send a picture...very, very slow or no transmission at all. But, for texting and web browsing, etc. it was great. I even used it with Google Maps on a driving trip to Cape Sata. Perfect! Thank you.

Attention au service client qui change drastiquement. Ce site était autre fois bien plus concilient et commercial, aujourd'hui vous n'avez plus droit à l'erreur. Vous oubliez de choisir le cadeau auquel vous avez droit pour une commande de 136 euros, vous demandez comment rattraper cette erreur, on vous répond sèchement que c'est trop tard.....

Service efficace. J'ai eu un colis de leurs colis ,perdu par Colissimo. Ils m ont renvoyé un colis , super rapidement. Collagène vanille : super produit. Je recommande.

Le produit est livré dans les délais . Pour le moment je passe à travers les maladies saisonnières. Un bon boost, le fait qu'il ne soit pas supplémenté en fer est un avantage car je suis un peu au dessus de la norme de se coté .

Suite au retour de notre précédent avis et après avoir laissé nos coordonnées pour être recontacté comme demandé par la marque (ce qui a été fait par la marque pour le contact) : Un appel de ma part suite à leur appel : l'une des premières remarques a été d'exposer qu'il aurait été plus simple de les appeler pour trouver une solution que d'écrire un avis sur une réalité...Belle surprise que d'avoir une forme de leçon de morale. En finalité, malgré un échange agréable : aucune solution de proposer afin de profiter de ses points fidélité si nous ne faisons pas de commande ou plutôt la conseillère client n'a pas souhaité faire un geste n'étant pas d'accord avec le fait de laisser un avis négatif sans leur téléphoner en amont. Je reste persuadé que ce n'est pas au client consommateur de contacter en cas de problème mais au fournisseur de proposer une solution puisque dans la réponse au premier message nous avons donc laisser nos coordonnées. En finalité : cela sera une fin pour cette marque (qui n'aime pas recevoir un avis négatif en cas de problème), ma mère terminera ses deux paquets de collagène (car nous avions juste suspendu l'abonnement) et elle rejoindra la marque NAALI au safran pour son collagène. C'est dommage pour la fidélité, mais il faut croire que si nous n'allons pas le sens de la conseillère l'égo a été plus fort :) Une fin bien triste et une perte de temps. Donc si vous souhaitez quitter la marque pour une autre collagène : pensez à utiliser vos points avant. Surtout que le collagène au Safran de Naali est top :) A bon entendeur pour ceux qui veulent changer et tester de nouveaux produits. Prenez soin de vous et votre peau ! Edit du 30/01 : il est quand même très déplacé de votre part de parler à la place de tous les commerçants...De plus, votre commentaire remet en question l'existence du site TrustPilot dans ce cas ! Donc, nous restons sur notre position et tant pis pour cette fidélité qui n'a pas été récompensée. Vous vous permettez de remettre nous devrions vous appeler ? Souhaitez-vous que l'on vous supplie pour des points de fidélité? Très déçu de votre marque que j'appréciais énormément et dont j'avais même fait la pub autour de moi. J'ai eu une très belle expérience avec Nutri&Co ! En effet, j'ai deux adresses postales. Une en Corse et une à Fréjus. En ce moment je suis à Fréjus pour 4 mois, j'ai passé une commande chez Nutri&Co, Je ne sais pas ce qui s'est passé mais mon colis est arrivé à mon adresse de Corse alors qu'il y avait l'adresse de Fréjus mais le code postal de Corse. La Factrice de Corse qui me connait très bien m'a téléphoné et m'a expliqué l'adresse du colis. Je lui ai demandé de me retourner le colis, elle n'a pas voulu et me l'a mis dans ma boîte aux lettres de Corse. Le problème c'est que j'avais un besoin urgent de ma commande. Donc j'ai repassé la même commande. Nutri&Co m'a, non seulement remboursé ma commande, mais me l'a renvoyé dans les deux jours ! Je n'en revenais pas. De nos jours, personne n'aurait pris en charge ce problème comme ils l'ont fait. D'autres sites se seraient retranchés derrière le règlement ou autre prétexte, pas Nutri&Co, j'ai quelqu'un qui m'a accompagné jusqu'au bout avec rapidité, efficacité et gentillesse. C'est un magnifique geste commercial. En plus de leurs pratiques commerciales irréprochables, leurs produits sont français et surtout très bons. Un exemple : je ne supporte pas du tout le magnésium chaque fois que j'en ai pris j'ai eu des effets secondaires négatifs, j'ai essayé le magnésium de Nutri&Co et miracle, il me va très bien et je n'ai aucun effet secondaire. Très sérieux sur la commande, en ceux qui concerne le produit acheté je n’ai pas encore essayé.

Nutri & Co propose leurs "promos d'hiver". Exemple le multi vitamines au prix de 25,11 au lieu de 27,90 et le Magnésium à 17,91 au lieu de 19,50. Donc un gain de 4,60 Euros. Seulement Nutri&Co propose également des packs dont le pack Multi vitamines + Magnesium au prix de ...45 Euros donc supérieur à la promo de -10% puisque le total est de 43,02 pour les deux produits. De plus pour le pack cité Nutri&Co affiche le prix barré plein pot à 47,80 et met en avant le prix promo à 45 Euros. Je leur ai demandé des explications mais pour eux il n'y a aucun souci. Nous pouvons nous interroger de la pertinence de mettre un pack Multi vitamines + Magnésium plus cher que les produits achetés individuellement alors les promos annoncées vont de -10 % à - 50%. J'informe que je suis bon client de cette marque. Quel reproche ? Vous faites des promos certes mais sur le cas cité cela peut porter à confusion! D'autre part il serait plus pertinent de laisser le client composer ses packs. De plus une beaucoup.de vos produits sont ou plus onéreux sans qu'ils apportent quelque chose de positif et il suffit de faire le ratio quantité/ prix .

I ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper from this company and whilst there was nothing wrong with the order when I emailed to ask for a partial return and refund as we didnt need all 4 rolls in the end. I was told refunds have to be actioned within 10 days ( we were outside this). My email response from the company was curt and rude. My husband called to query this information as it doesnt seem in line with other company's returns policy and he was hung up on by the advisor (Joanne). Poor customer service such a shame that we wont use them again!!

We had a perfect experience with Red 1 staff and especially with James. From our first communication, James gave us (20 persons) comfort that we our in the best hands possible. ALL his promises were kept by him and we appreciated his coming to our hotel in the middle of the night to test us all, upon landing. We received the (negative) results a few hours later. Update 12hours after posting: I believe its only fair to update this as they have now reached out, apologised for the delay and refunded the item. Its a shame that its all a bit late but they have dealt with it quickly and decisively in the end. Ordered when these we listed as being out - either a Summer break or system maintenance depending on which part of the site you visit. Placed a large order and was prepared to wait. Then out of nowhere my order was shipped and out for delivery with UPS - the worst carrier to try and rearrange. Tried to contact and no response - email or phone. Delivery happened and was very well packaged but DO NOT order the samphire in a jar - its contaminated and tastes like petrol. It reacts to flame as a test! contacted them and no response - nothing. Fill in the contact form online and you dont even get an email copy. Unfortnuately the other food is good but can source elsewhere and will not be ordering again - very disappointed

Awful website they make you pay 10£ for delivery and they still take 10 days to dispatch your order I placed my order on the 12th of September I contacted the costumer service as no signs of my order and today is 22nd of September and I paid 9,99£ for their delivery and I only live in Cambridge. This isn't really a review, it's more of a question as there is nothing on their website. When does this company resume deliveries after their summer shutdown? All I was told on the emails is that they will deliver my item in September. I've had no follow up email since 26th August. Sent an email today asking, but got an instant reply saying the emails "aren't monitored" during summer shutdown! Does anybody know when they open up again?

Excellent company. I had a family gathering this week and ordered a lot of food (frozen and cupboard items) and everyone was very impressed with the quality. I was particularly happy that this company stock sheftalia which I find extremely hard to find in any online deli. The staff were very helpful when I contacted them online with regards to allergens as one member of my family cannot have gluten; they replied almost instantly and advised me in my choice of food. The food arrived extremely well packaged and the frozen items were still frozen. I will definitely be ordering from Bakalikon again in the near future. As a side note, I was also impressed with their selection of Greek wines (particularly those from Kir-Yianni).

I haven’t come across such an incompetent company. I had ordered frozen meat and pastries for a party and paid £11 for quite delivery. I received an email with a tracking number for the delivery. By the way, you can’t choose a delivery slot or even day! The products were delivered to the development’s concierge and i wasn’t notified of this. The box wasn’t indicating food product or frozen food and this is why the box was received by the concierge staff. I enquired the following day about where my order was and this is how I learned where it was delivered! The food was already defrosted and not safe to eat as was meat! I asked for a refund and all they said was that it was my fault! My responsibility! And that I have the wrong address (?!?!?). The food was delivered to the wrong address (the concierge) and not to my home! I responded and guess what- they didn’t even bother to email me back! Incompetent and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Amazing service and products. Really cannot recommend this website enough if you are looking for food and drink produce you can only purchase in Greece. Experiencing so much nostalgia with my Fanta blue and 3bit Chocolate bars!! Haven’t tried the frozen products but they look amazing. Zero stars. Delivery charge rip off. I initially asked Bakalikon over fbk messenger for delivery fees, they said there is no delivery fee over £25. I made an order for £27 - small & light 4 items totalling to less than 1kg. Royal Mail charges £2.99 for it and EvRI 2.99 or £3,98 if next day . I noticed they didn’t ask for delivery address so I emailed them but they said that that employee made a mistake and either I pay £10 delivery fee from Nottingham or they cancel the order. I asked to speak to the manager. As punishment for my reflection re cost of delivery for a packet under 1kg now they don’t reply to my email, no reply on messenger, and both phone lines are cutting off. My money is now being held and no service and no communication. Flat delivery fee of £10 regardless of your purchase below £55 (they corrected themselves) is over the top and that’s already on top of the double/triple costs of the products compared to what they really cost, which as customers we already accept by making an order. I do not recommend.

Som kompensation sender de en ekstra dåse med, men det var med koffein, som jeg desværre ikke kan bruge til noget.
