Skulle gjerne ønske at man fikk valget å hente forhåndsbestille varer i nærmeste Outland butikk. Varen ble tilgjengelig fredag 07.02, men jeg fikk det ikke i posten før mandagen etter. Da hadde det vært bedre om jeg kunne hentet varen ut på Outland, men det valget hadde jeg ikke ved betaling.

En nerds drøm! Utvalget, mengde og variasjonen av produktene dere gjør at Outland er den eneste butikken i Norge som treffer på stort sett alle punktene jeg ønsker meg i en butikk. Vi har akkurat fått Outland til Bodø, og det eneste jeg ønsker meg er et en enda større butikk, kanskje litt mer "fantasi" aktig for å invitere kunder mer inn i butikken. Tenker litt som Outland i Oslo, ikke så langt unna Karl Johan - den inviterer til en magisk opplevelse.

In September, I purchased a Ford Fiesta Zetec S from Pinetree Cars Superstore. Regrettably, I have experienced the most challenging experience yet. The vehicle was missing an engine mount on the day of purchase, and subsequent issues plagued the car. It was frequently in their garage undergoing “repairs” rather than on the road. The turbo failed, followed by constant coolant bubbling. The start-stop function was unreliable, the wetbelt was loose, and all wheel weights were off and so much more. The car emitted excessive noise from the engine. Despite filing multiple complaints with both the garage and finance company, no resolution was achieved. They advised me to return the car to the dealership for repairs, despite my residence in Cornwall and the dealership’s location in Wales. In December, the engine completely failed, rendering the car inoperable. When it started, it was in limp mode, with the battery light illuminating and the engine management and service lights activating. RAC recovered the car to my home address and Pinetree cars arranged for it to be returned back to them, who subsequently transported it from Cornwall to Wales after telling me to drive it to them? As of February, I remain without a vehicle and have not received any compensation, including a courtesy car or other assistance. I have been without a car for approximately three months. This morning, I received a call informing me that I would receive my full deposit back. However, they would retain four monthly payments for “fair usage of mileage.” This is highly unreasonable, considering the constant need to return the car to Wales for repairs that were never completed. This resulted in additional fuel expenses and time away from work, with extended periods of being without a car for up to a week. I have consistently encountered difficulties in communicating with the dealership. Reaching them has proven challenging, requiring up to 35 attempts to obtain an update on the car and the expected return date. From the moment of purchase until now, I have been consistently deceived by the dealership. They sold me a vehicle that was significantly compromised, knowing full well that it had major mechanical issues. I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I have received throughout this ordeal, and the retention of nearly £1000 for mileage is utterly unacceptable. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

*AVOID* - Collected a car on 25/01. On the 10/02 just 16 days later the clutch failed. The clutch would not release and we had to call the RAC for a roadside breakdown. Called pinetree 15 times before i promised a call back. Eventually had a call back and was told to take the car to the site. Arrived at site 12:08 and was told to wait in the "shipping container" next door. We was still there waiting at 1:15. Went back next door to find the aftersales representative sat there on her phone?! At this point we was told they could not do anything unless the clutch faulters for them? We also sent he RAC report stating what they believed needed to be looked at. I think most people are aware a clutch can be diagnosed without faultering. The car was dropped off monday. today (friday) we have had a call to say the car has been DRIVEN 300 MILES! and it has not faultered so they wont even be looking at it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am demanding the 300 miles of fuel is replaced by pinetree and will be taking the car to an RAC warranty approved garaged to get it sorted. Pinetree can then cover the initial diagnostic fee as they clearly can not be bothered to do it themselves. Will never return and will continue to make people aware of the joke of the company they are. *update* - we collected the car Saturday and after asking to speak to a manager we were told the petrol would be reimbursed. We also spoke to the mechanic who had been using the car and was reassured that it had been looked at properly. We was also told that after sales should have informed us of all of this and even called us daily. However, we only received 1 phone call on the Tuesday, nothing Wednesday and Thursday and a final phone call on the Friday to advise we could collect the car. We was also reassured that if the issue happens again we can take it back to them regardless of warranty. We will remain optimistic but our issue with the after sales car remains.

Good friendly staff and good choice of cars, but as for them to clean the car before I picked it up was non existence I picked the car up at night so couldn't see it properly but inside was disgusting ash and crumbs on seats and dog hairs on rear seats hell of a thing when you haven't got a dog

My daughter and I had a great welcome and experience with Mo at Tonypandy branch last week, he was informative, friendly without pressuring and luckily my daughter found the car she wanted to purchase. He took us both through the procedure and warranty options. All a great experience and a possible day for collection was arranged. Unfortunately Mo was not working on the day of collection and the handover wasn't as friendly or informed as we would have hoped. Mo had suggested that the car would have sufficient fuel in it which wasn't the case. Range showing less than 10 miles so a fill up was the first thing on the list. We are happy with the car but it's a shame that we didn't receive the same friendly and chatty approach that we had when we were first looking to purchase. Hence why 4 and not 5 stars given on this occasion.

Went up to pinetree on Saturday where mo the sales assistant was very helpful yet not pushy. He also gave me his coat as it was absolutely freezing. He also gave me time to my self rather than pushing me

After doing research online and reading review there was a mixture of positive and negative. However - attending to see what vehicles were in stock - I was impressed with vehicle choice and range. Finance options were fair and overall price of vehicles being sold were fairly below average comparing to sites such as autotrader for vehicle makes and models in similar mileage and age. After reading reviews regarding Mo Qasim (we specifically asked for this young gentleman) on attendance for a white Mazda we ended up purchasing. He allowed us to test drive and was very accommodating and left us to our own accord to complete a vehicle inspection. After finding some faults with the car ( which we brought to the attention of Mo who was happy this would be completed works on arrival to collect). We completed paperwork and went back three days later for our collection. We were over the moon with things. Upon driving home after approx 10 miles the dreaded new used car sale panic kicked in as our vehicle went into limp mode and dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. On arriving hone, we called the after sales team regarding this who told us to bring the vehicle straight back and was told it would be safe to drive in limp mode but not quickly. Rest assured we took the vehicle back and was accommodated by the kind ladies ( forgotten name sorry) who were supportive and very empathetic of our situation. Upon this the car was inspected within the hour and we were told we needed parts that could only be collected form Mazda and there would be a wait on this and they expected it to take a day or two. However fast forward approx a 1 week and still no sign. Despite this being a frustrating situation we understood that it would take time - the only downside is that there only appears to be one person available in the after sales team at any given time and they are always super busy so trying to call and speak to someone is hard work. However - an email was enough and they called us to say the vehicle was ready. Fast forward 1 month of ownership and we love the vehicle still are still enjoying it. It is definitely worth taking out a 6 month warranty for major components and be aware like anything and any vehicle, to upkeep basic maintenance of the vehicle. ALWAYS do your own homework and checks as we done our own checks online to ensure no previous damage or write offs/theft online for a tiny price especially when making a big purchase. Check all paperwork for past history ( general rule of thumb - good vehicle history means it has been maintained well and parts generally may last longer) complete visual.imspections and check every minor details, steering straightness, wheels, tyre tread depth/ wear all way across/ Break pads and disc wear, interior door sills, doors shutting, windscreen wipers and if your able to check all arches under vehicle for visible rust on exhaust and in the engine bay when car is running ensure no leaks and check exhaust for different smells or colour of smoke ( if the vehicles are sat left for a while smoke may be normal and require a good clean of DPF with a heavy foot in legal speed limits for a few miles). If you have issues BRING IT TO THE SALESMANS ATTENTION as Mo invited this and all our concerns were addressed and fixed at no extra cost. Please do remember however, you are buying a used vehicle and it is your decision so exercise this cautiously to ensure you get the best car for you! Pine tree Sales and After sales team were brilliant ! Cannot fault and have referred family to go there ! And if in doubt ask for Mo cannot recommend him enough - and a free hot chocolate ! If the weather is rubbish , make sure you head inside to get an umberella to walk around with as this was so handy for us! Only negatives are - PINETREE warranty is only a month (most car sales in RCT and BRIDGEND area offer 6/12× months warranty free). - The poor girls in aftersales work tremendously hard and are flat out constantly! So be patient with them they will get back to you. Email is best! - The detailing/ valet side of things please disregard and bin previous matts for a vehicle if they don't fit. It was not a nice feeling having the matt stuck under the accelerator! For sales purpose - please try and cleanthe door hinges/boot hinge areas (the amount of moss growing I thought it was the garden of Eden in there with the wildlife) and a gentle polish of exhaust tip and a clean petrol cap would help promote reliability and cared for vehicle. Positives - Very happy missus thanks to you guys. - Warm and welcoming with friendly staff all round (not just Mo - who I wish to thank again) - Hospitality was very good. - Choice of vehicles/types was very good. - Customer service, cold and warm beverages and umberellas was nice ! - Well priced and good finance options if needed. -Overall positive

I honestly couldn't fault it. First time buying a car for pinetree cars Tonypandy. Was greeted by car salesman Mo... what a lovely guy. After looking around, found a few cars I liked and Mo handed me the keys to have a look. Didn't feel pressured or persuaded into anything like pervious car show rooms. Bought my car in May 2024, had it a couple of days and the airbag light came on the dash. At first, Pinetree were really helpful, booked me in near enough straight away to get this sorted. They had changed the airbag sensor but the light came back on a day later, they said that it could’ve been a faulty sensor. These things happen so I took another day off work to get this rectified but they had forgot to put me down in their diary (1st wasted day). They said the car needed to be taken to Renault so I booked another day off work which was a bank holiday, I double checked to make sure the work would still be carried out on this day, which they reassured me it would. When I got to Pinetree at 9am like they said, nobody turned up until gone 10 and 3 men laughed in my face and told me that nothing could be done today. (2nd wasted day). They booked me in again but this is fast forward to November, took my car to Renault which I had to phone them at the end of the day to see when I could have my car back to which they replied that I couldn’t have it back for a further 5 days. The office was closing in an hour so when were they planning on telling me this?? I explained that I can’t go 5 days without the vehicle as I needed to go to work but they said that (another day off I had to take for) the diagnostic they took was different to what Renault had which is just madness to me so Renault needed to order the right part. I explained that I needed my car back by tomorrow but they said if that’s the case then they will not be rectifying the problem and I will have to do so out of my own pocket. They were desperate to get off the phone to me and every time I tried to call they would not answer me, I had to ring off another number just to get an answer as I needed to know when I could have my car. The lady in the office was very rude and blamed me for the reason this has dragged out so long as “I’m not very accommodating with my availability due to working away”. I have messages to my manager covering shifts just to drive from North Devon to Tonypandy to fix this issue so this was not the case and I explained to her that on 3 separate occasions I had missed days off work because they had forgot to book me in. As soon as I mentioned taking this issue further they booked me back into Renault Bridgend on 12th December which I took the car myself and was done within 2 and a half hours. So I bought the car in May 2024 and the problem was solved 12th December. 7 months of back and forth nonsense, phone calls being ignored from the office and lots of days in work missed. I have obviously spent a lot of time in Pinetree and by the looks of things I got lucky, I saw plenty of people back and forth with far worse issues than I had.

Buying is easy! But when you are ready to sell after 2 years nothing happens. The only way to sell is with losing money while the stock went up and the company makes profits. So be prepared to lose money or never see your money again. I am trying to sell my shares for more than 6 months now and the only way left is selling far under the price i bought it for.. while the price is 5% up.

Ich habe bei Aurora Kaas investiert. Es ist ein deutsches Unternehmen, dann nur niederländisch und englisch als Sprache anzubieten, ist in Zeiten von Deepl.com im Finanzbereich nicht gut. Dazu habe ich die Fragen zur Risikoanalyse nicht angezeigt bekommen, sondern nur die Punkte die anzukreuzen waren. Ich musste also auf niederländisch wechseln. Spätestens an der Stelle, wäre ich als normaler Investor, der nicht so viel vom Unternehmen weiß, raus gewesen und hätte nicht investiert! Das ist ein absolutes No-Go im Finanzsektor! Das hat Aurora sicher einiges an Investitionsgeldern gekostet, die nicht investiert wurden, weil es an der Stelle total unseriös ist. Abwicklung der Investition ansich war gut.

This company have went into administration and have sent emails to collect payments under NVG branding but account details are SWM invest LTD which was incorporated 24th Aug with the same director Grant Doyle. I did not pay my September invoice due to this as no proof they still have liability for asset of car . I have now emailed them 6 times to ask for someone to contact me and car collected . I have no idea where my deposit is or if it will be returned or swallowed with the debt NVG owe. Petition to wind up company was issued in Aug and first court didn't happen , due in court 18th of October where NVG will be forced closed. Looks like I will be waiting for the liquidator to collect the vehicle. Thankfully have a new vehicle on hire from elsewhere. Please do not pay any invoices with NVG branding but different bank details.

An absolute disgrace of a company. Even though they know I have terminal cancer and have been in and out of hospital, they have ignored emails, while the relevant employees refuse to take calls to explain why my deposit hasn't been returned, almost 2-months post vehicle return. Claiming emails went into Spam Folders and were subsequently missed (an impossibility when the person has had numerous email communications, unless the address has specifically been marked as Spam), people apparently being away from the office and all manner of other nonsense excuses. Four times I've been promised the money will be returned to me, only for me to remain out of pocket.

Still waiting for my deposit back I’ve emailed this company 20 times And no monies returned as yet but so quick to pick the vehicle up Never use them again and certainly wouldn’t recommend

Dodgy company, took my deposit through a guy who goes by the name of Paul. I was expecting a Mercedes GLC Its been about 11 weeks later and still NO CAR and NO money back either. Very gutted with this company and am looking to report them to the financial obdusman

I do not have the best credit score in the world due to bad business decisions in the past. I explained to Jordan and was told they take each application on merit. I was amazed when I was accepted after refusals elsewhere. I collected my brand new Jaguar XE last Friday the 21st February 2020. It is a beautiful car in every way. This has been a great experience. We were helped every step of the way ensuring we picked everything we wanted was correct. Additionally we were kept informed of deliveries and genuinely this was a pleasant purchase.

The order was delivered on time , however I was asked to pay an additional carriage charge after completing the original purchase via the telephone and completing payment,before the goods would be despatched.

When to show room to visit baths. We wanted a bigger bath, wider and longer 1800x800 (leigh) Found one we loved but they shop could only deliver on certain days, which wasn't suitable for us with work. So we decided to order online so we could pick delivery day. We also chose the solid high gloss white end and side panels which look so much nicer than the plastic ones. Bath was well wrapped on pallet, and delivery driver helped us take off pallet and put in hallway as husband was at work. Which was fab. Well this bath is epic so big. Such a lovely bath so roomy can completely submerge and cleans so easy. . Visitors also comment on such a lovely bath. Very happy with whole process from ordering to end product.

I used this company about a year ago to help regularise works carried out on a property (prior to my ownership). I only have good things to say. David Mansoor communicated clearly at the front end, was professional and patient(!) with me throughout. And quick. More importantly, the works were regularised. Happy customer.

We were sold the contract by Jeremy Stein to work on a planning application for 8/9 flats in East London. Since we instructed them, the work was passed down to other people who I believe were interns. When making calls regarding sales and payment Jeremy communicated very well with us, however since we paid the deposit, the firm actively began avoiding communication with us by phone claiming to have changed company policy. We had to point out a number of mistakes in the drawings which they had to concede and correct - we can provide proof of this. The drawings were ill considered, unprofessional and unsatisfactory. When we exposed these facts they became increasingly difficult to contact unless we threatened to cancel the contract. I would highly recommend against using this company - they are not on the client’s side and once they have your money will become complacent. In my opinion they overcharge and under deliver. The only time we received responses to our attempts to communicate was when we threatened legal action. Very disappointed. There are also a number of reviews on Google expressing similar experiences with this company. The claims that the client was aggressive are unsubstantiated and futile. We are happy to provide evidence of our correspondence and invite this company to prove “we were aggressive”, despite these false claims, we are disappointed that these accusations are being made, irrespective of these claims, we were polite throughout - the fact is, we were not even communicated with and are disappointed with the service we received. Having paid a large sum of money we were deliberately not communicated with, despite getting through to the office and being assured someone would contact us back. Furthermore, the claim that coronavirus meant short staffing is also irrelevant as we were assured teams were working virtually and know for a fact the company was still operating. We can also provide proof of this. We were told multiple times we would be called back. Despite the circumstances we believe we did not receive fair treatment and are very disappointed with both the quality of work and the level of unprofessionalism. Highly recommend against using this company for medium to large scale projects in my opinion, they do not have the capacity.

Consultant had changed plans from the promised 50m2 to the 32m2 and charged me around £2,500 for a garden house plan. It is extortionate. I lost my deposit and that was my hard worked money. I personally do not recommend. Response to reply: Since then, I have received permission for a 60m2 garden house with another company after Drawing and Planning failed to help achieve this. I do not expect or want any more service from yourselves, especially after your performances. All I want is a fair return of the sums I invested minus the cost of sending 1 individual to measure the garden. You have previously stated that you had sent me the planned sketches which is an obvious lie, I would be grateful if you can prove this via your previous emails.

Had some issues with the shipping address because of their security, but customer service was more than helpful with solving the problem.

Wanted to give 1 star however, probably unfair as our discussions were not 'rude'. DWS were in fact polite - the problem is that they advertised an Xbox 1 which I purchased on Monday expecting a delivery on Tuesday. Having received no correspondence by Wednesday I contacted them, discussed it with somebody who advised me that the guy wasn't in but they would come back to me. They did call back and advised that the price was an error and (now unavailable) and I have been credited and should have received an email. Unfortunately, no emails were received and now I have basically wasted time. My advice would be go to a recognised sales outlet and pay that little bit more and get what you order. Having read reviews of DWS I'm not the only customer to be left disappointed from a company advertising products that they do not have. Little bit of a 'fly by night' outlet and not worth the risk again. I have noted that DWS reply to negative reviews however, I shall not correspond again - I need to go and buy an Xbox 1S so I'm busy!

Ordered ps4 days of play for £269, as showed in stock. Having seen previous 1 star review thinking it might be one off. Accepted payment then told order was cancelled as review had warned.. . I Raised a complaint to be told this was not an advertisement. And would be offered a discount for another order, but not told what. Then when raised told I could get original order but was 289 and Sam would be not making anything. Lost faith no order placed. Decided to go for ebay seller instead as cheaper. Wasted my valuable time for nothing.

Having suffered an under floor water leak in the bathroom which had spread into our bungalow hallway agents working on behalf of our insurance company allocated Vinci to carry out remedial work. From the moment Paul arrived to do a survey and submitted the scope of work they have proved themselves to be a reliable and efficient company. Chris and Craig did the initial stripping out work and installed the dehumidifiers and dryers. Pete came a few weeks later and wallpapered and then painted the hall and finally Lucas came and retiled the bathroom floor and reinstalled the sink. Communication with Vinci at every stage of the project has been first class and all the tradesmen have done a first class job. Suffice to say each and everyone of them would be welcome back at any time. So a big thank you to Paul and Chris for managing the work so well and for all the team at Vinci.

Vinci Response has performed miracles with my mother in law's insurance reinstatement following a flood. Du grand n’importe quoi cette hébergeur n’allait pas chez eux , problème en permanence…. Avec leur soit disant anti-ddos fournit, mais il n’existe pas je subissais des attaque perpétuelle et journalière jusqu’a monter a 50 000 - 60 000ping et crasher tout mon serveur 2 mois et ISAPER n’a pas su me résoudre le problème en me faisant croire que c’était de chez moi que le problème venai , il ne répondent pas dans les tickets mais bizarrement quand ont ping dans ticket la il savent répondent pour nous menacer de BAN. Il n’ont rien fait pour moi 1 mois mon ticket et rester ouvert sans réponse pour au final me le fermer. J’ai du ouvrir un autre ou la toujours pas de réponse. Et quand il ce donne la peine de répondre c’est pour être désagréable et méchant sans résoudre le problème. Je suis parti chez un VRAI hébergeur et bizarrement plus de problème de DDOS. Franchement à FUIR payer un peu plus chère mais aller ailleurs pour votre tranquillité. Puis aussi n’accepte pas les mauvais commentaires sur leur discord les efface et BAN direct PFF très professionnel sa !!

Ecoride i Malmö! Fantastiskt bemötande varje gång. Har de bara möjlighet så hjälper de till direkt och ger verkligen det lilla extra. När den gamla trotjänaren från 2018 (Ecoride Ambassador) blev stulen trollade de snabbt och lätt fram en ny cykel på nolltid. Är så tacksam eftersom jag är i stortbehov av min cykel. Den gamla fungerade felfritt i alla år och jag är säker på att den nya kommer att leva upp till förväntningarna.

Köpte en Ecoride 2018. Den är (tyvärr) knappt använd och har stått inlåst i ett garage, är alltså i princip i nyskick. Med det sagt slutade nyligen motorn att fungera. För att lösa problemet skulle återförsäljaren (Sportson) installera en uppdatering av mjukvaran som styr motorn. Det misslyckades. Man ville istället slänga hela motorn och ha 12000kr för en helt ny. Jo, det här går alltså ut på att en "bugg i mjukvaran" har förstört hela motorn!!! Ecorides kundservice bryr sig inte och inleder inte ens sina mejlsvar med ett enkelt "hej". Lägg märke till att de inte längre svarar på negativa recensioner!
