My daughter attended the kokedama workshop, the staff were wonderful and the plant was surprisingly large and in beautiful condition. As a bonus they also made an extra succulent garden as the kids were having a really good time. All the plants are lovely quality and the whole experience was great!

I recently completed my DAS with Lightning What a great experience from start to finish. The instructors were fantastic I had Todd for the majority couldn't of asked for anyone better very clued up and patient. All the staff from the instructors to the bookings team were very helpful. Knowing this I felt very relaxed and that certainly helped me pass I have already recommended 2 friends on their courses I am 100% confident in Lightning to help them pass.

I went for a gear conversion morning after passing my CBT on a scooter. I found Markus to be very skilled and very good at telling me what to improve upon and what to avoid. I went from stalling constantly a couple of days ago to being able to comfortably pull off smoothly, shift gears, and to slow speed manoeuvres on a manual 125 bike. Very very happy the experience and it was even a sunny morning. What else can you ask for? Thanks!!

I had never ridden before I came to Lightning to complete my DAS course. Great instructors across both Mereoak and the Abbey RFC who are friendly and very encouraging, helping you to develop your skills. Recently decided to opt for the DAS course, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised to the efficiency of the Lightning training school, and more notably, my instructor Carl who has given training at Oxford. The course is tailored to experience, and the instructor has always been very supportive and accommodating to address the areas that are positive and those of which need improvement, a very honest approach! The booking team are also very approachable and are able to adapt to fulfil the students needs. Top job Carl, appreciate your guidance!

Recently took my CBT at the Swindon branch and enjoyed it so much I ended up doing the DAS course, passing my Mod 1, Theory and Mod 2. The instructors were brilliant, patient and made the whole experience enjoyable. They were able to get my tests booked in quicker than I could when I looked so this meant I was able to complete the training within a short time. They had great comms through email and text and in a digital world I find this so much easier than phone calls.

Just did my Mod 1, Mod 2 & associated tests with Lightning after having done my CBT with them just 8 months ago. The tuituion that I recevied from the instructors at the Stourbridge centre was second-to-none, and I passed without any major issue. We specifically asked that the casket be no larger than 28" wide. The guy lied and said it was 28". I noticed that the hardware was sticking out a little on the corners and called the company and said please, it needs to be no wider than 28". It arrived and it is twenty eight and one quarter inches wide. These people screw even the dead.

Casket was delivered too far in advance of the service. Funeral home was included in an email and now receives spam from Skycaskets

Despite the Christmas holiday, Skycaskets got a casket to another state for a family member's burial in less than 24 hours. I ordered the casket at about 5:30 PM on Dec. 23, and it arrived at the funeral home before 11 AM on Christmas Eve. After calls to about three other casket delivery companies, I had almost given up hope on the afternoon of Dec. 23 of getting a casket to the funeral home the next day. I decided Skycaskets would be the last company I called. One of the owners, Matthew, spoke with me for some time to answer all my questions and made an absolute promise the casket would arrive the next day on time. He had the company on high alert to ensure the casket arrived on Dec. 24th, and, despite being with his family for Christmas Eve, he texted me to let me know the casket arrived. He and the company did a fantastic job. His service in a sad time for my family was a much-needed blessing.

He hecho una compra recientemente y todos los tests caducan dentro de un par de meses, no recomiendo comprar online porque en ese sentido el cliente está desprotegido. I've booked 2 flights to Cape Verde with this company, 2 months before the travelling date, which paid appx £1500 , However we are extremely disappointed with their customer services , as i had my sister wedding to attend , and on the day before travelling , they informed me that the airline was not allowing them to issue my tickets. However Mr. Vikram Metha (Marvel Travel) promised to refund my funds straight away in order for me to book the tickets with another airline, which has never happened. Not only i lost my sister wedding , as now they don't pick up my calls or respond my e-mails requesting my refund. I'm forced to to make a court claim in order to get my money back. Be aware , this travel agency is not trustworthy or reliable with a extremely poor customer services . Do not pay any deposits as it seems , by their actions are keeping the clients funds .

The process of giving the company you electrictronics is easy. But there system on checking the quality of the products you sent is trash. I gave them a 2020 MacBook with some other stuff that I barely used. The price started at 1,020 and ended at 300. Did they test the earbuds I sent? Did they check that I sent the charges? Idk. After receiving my device, they said my device was in "fair" condition because of scratches. But according to their own description of conditions, minor scratches are considered "good" ("fair" would be excessive scratches, which my device did not have). They changed the price they had offered for my device. I did complain about this discrepancy in definition and they offered a bit more, but not as much as what they had originally offered. I didn't want the device sent back to me because the whole point of recycling my device is to help the environment, shipping items back and forth would defeat the whole purpose.

This is the second time this has happened to me with this company. I ordered two wigs and two weeks later, still have not received them. 2/14/25 FedEx claim they tried to deliver, no ticket left on my my glass door..On 2/15/25 FedEx delivery my package to the wrong address, FedEx has pictures taken by the driver. I purchased a wig from Ebonyline. I spent $44. I accidentally selected the wrong color so I asked to do an exchange but they told me they don’t do exchanges but I could return the wig. I spent $11 to ship it back to them. I go look at my refund today and they only gave me $27. That means I got $17 back. I spent $37 with nothing to show for it. I would’ve kept the wig if I knew that would be my “refund.”

I’m the type to do my due diligence before I can comfortably drop coins online…so I was aware of all the nuances (no contact from vendors regarding out of stock merch unless requested at time of purchase and customer has to eat return to sender fees….Etc)they can put people though for returns and whatever, there actually pretty upfront about it…. ( now regarding the quality of the items I purchase that were 10/10! In my opinion the rating should be much higher for this wig merchant! I’ve had over 5 successfully shipments from them and the only issues I could raise is that free shipping (or the shipping that’s free after a price point) takes weeks and weeks…..yet still I don’t feel like it’s something to complain about online. I’m a happy customer for the most part I’d say!! thanks Ebonyline!

They need to change “same day shipping” advertisement!

This company is a Joke... after watch a YouTube video of their product. I decided to order. I ordered 6 bags of the Outre X-pression bobo island twist only received 3 bags. Reached out to let them know. The response I got was PER THEIR WARWHOUSE MANAGER 6 BAGS WERE PACKED and that they have video proof. What a joke. And Icing on the cake is I stated that everytime I see some inquiring about the quality of their hair I would recommend that they don't purchase from from they stated that they wouldn't do business with me again. As if I would. NEVER AGAIN.

This company likes to manipulate and deceive their customers. They are quick to take your money for a product they have for sale on line then turn around and email you that half of your order is not in stock. When you contact support you will get the same robotic/ generic response. 7 times they have done this to me do not waste you time, money, or sanity on this company you will sadly disappointed!

Been given a really good tutor with tailor made lessons that are scheduled with a lot of flexibility.

Before I wanted to rate 3 bec of my student Jackie request. NowI am happy that the Wiingy will contact my student. It is only 4 bec I had experience last time during the lesson that I do nit know how to fix the volume in google meet and I keep calling from the group to hep mel but no one is answering. They answered I think middle of the class already. That's all but only if that was fixed right away,I will give a 5.

I had some unused lessons in my plan and the plan expired. The agent was so helpful and assured me that the expiration date could be extended so that I could use my lessons and not pay double. I really appreciated the help and swift response to my query.

Everyone that I have interacted with has been very helpful and kind, they are quick to respond and make things as easy for us as possible!

It's good as for working, I like that they don't interfere in your ways of teaching! Also in initial stages i wasn't getting much attention but now after few months I have a lot of work ! Only thing I recommend is in case of help needed there must be chat option that must be available.

I did the MMI circuit and it was going great until the final station. The last tutor was so rude whilst giving feedback and was actually a nicer person when in his role play character. I nearly cried because of how brutal it was, if he mentioned any postives, he brushed over it within in 3 seconds and continued to degrade how I attempted to answer the station. Of course I tried to put my emotions aside and I did take on board what he said. But that being said, it was an awful way to give feedback. That being said I do love the feedback from the other tutors and thought they were lovely just one bad apple! I also have had a tutor personally who has been amazing!

I post this further to my review of 1st January. I am pleased to say that we have now been paid a refund of the session that was cancelled by the tutor. I got a phone call from a senior manager apologising and offering a full refund of the missed session. Just a shame it had to get to this.

The videos are great they're not to long where you might lose interest or not to short not to understand. They very descriptive and gives examples of similar questions types an individual may be given. I have only done 2 lessons but I am really enjoying it so far.

It was really informative and engaging. By getting us to put our cameras on it got me out of my comfort zone which overcame fear/anxiety of what others thought. The info taught in the lesson was amazing. He actually gave us steps to do next and many examples.
